I recently hired George Chung to sell my mother's house. She had always said she would give him the listing because she liked that he would walk the neighborhoods meeting owners and sharing his news letter. A real go getter she would say.
I met him on a Thursday. After learning that the house was vacant for the last 3 years, he suggested not to put any money into the house. He felt it would be low return on investment. The house was sold as is. Even though we had an unscrupulous builder try to tie up the property, George recognized the problem early and quickly scheduled another open house. The next open house resulted in a nearly full price offer and closed within 17 days. I highly recommend George Chung Realtors for all of your RE needs on the Westside.
