Their dashboard is full of bugs. The setup process is ridiculous. Support doesn't exist.
Nobody here seems to know what they're doing.

There's nothing genius about this company. Their sales is barely good enough to convince me to sign up. The setup process is terrible. The support is never available. The bugs in their platform are immense. Their conversion rate after 3 months is half of what we get from our other providers.
It seemed there was more traffic they billed us for than we saw on our analytics.
We canceled.
The traffic they reported to us was 23% more than what our analytics showed us came from Genius Monkey. We brought up the issue to our account rep and they didn't care. Their support is basically non- existent throughout the entirety of the relationship. We stopped all traffic and would never deal with this company again.
Genius Monkey traffic converted much worse than our other sources. Their dashboard looks like it was designed in 1995 and hasn't been updated since. We ended our services with their agency.
We were excited at first to test out a new agency, but after a few months the excitement turned to a horror movie. At first it appeared their traffic converted at less than half our other sources. After looking into the problem for a while we later realized that about 20% of the traffic they charged us for was fake.
They refused to reimburse us for the fake traffic and we terminated their services. After further research we discovered this is the same group that previously owned HCG Diet Direct, you can google that name and see how they scammed consumers.
About two thirds of their traffic wasn't real. I think its bot traffic. They wouldn't fix it or make it right.
