A Frustrating Experience: Why We Canceled This Service

There's nothing genius about this company. Their sales is barely good enough to convince me to sign up. The setup process is terrible. The support is never available. The bugs in their platform are immense. Their conversion rate after 3 months is half of what we get from our other providers.

It seemed there was more traffic they billed us for than we saw on our analytics.
