If you want your boots to last more then 2 month , dont by kamik boots ruber is very poor quality

I purchased a pair of slippers off their website. They didn't fulfil the order, rather they sent me a kids slippers rather than an adults. I had to pay to ship them back and now I'm still waiting to hear from the customer service. I also had to purchase somewhere else since they were to be a birthday gift and wouldn't have arrived on time. I wanted to support a Canadian company but was forced to shop elsewhere. Updated : Its been 8 days that they said they refund my money. I'm still waiting for my refund. Please don't buy from this company they will keep your money and not refund.

Although I did get a replacement after strongly having to make my case, I was disappointed at the quality of my Kamik boots. This was a first purchase of Kamik. I bought a pair of Sorel boots back in 1987 that I still have. Sure the lugs on the soles are nearly worn out, but they are still intact. I use them for snowblowing since they are the type with the rubber bottom and nylon upper that extends short of the knees.

Anyway, as can be seen in the pic, the lugs on my Kamiks are hardly worn. They are pretty well new and hardly used.

The hard plastic boot started to split, both at a seam and also in other areas. Kamik is using the wrong material...use more rubber instead of a plastic that splits when cold.

Excellent customer service !!! After 6 weeks of use, the velcro of a sandal, bought from my child, did not stick anymore (despite being clean and in good condition). Via their website, I explained the problem and sent an image. Two days later, I received the same pair of new sandals in the mail. It's very appreciated! In addition, in general, I find the quality of the products very good.
