Best sequencing service! I have been using their Sanger sequencing service for the past two years. The data quality is very good. I often get up to 1 kb of good sequencing read! Thanks to them, my research did not stop during the covid lockdown.

I would gave them 0 star if I can. I submitted my samples in a box like the first two pictures I upload to protect my samples but based on the pictures they offered (the last two pictures), when my samples arrives, the protection box was gone and the samples spilled out in the bags. Seems that something wrong during the sample transportation and caused sample contamination and their customer service refuse to pay for their mistake and refuse to sequence for us for free for resubmitted samples. Their service is quite terrible. Please avoid using their service if you can.
They seem really good, very fast turn around and they are working nearly every day even through the holidays with the exception of the holiday itself.
Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and really think along with the researcher.
