Genesis Centre Review

Very great event centre for all sorts. Volunteered here several times especially Canada @150 , it was fun supervising kids and working with great minds. I had fun serving people because I love to see people happy/smile.

I love this place because it has library. .YMCA ..1000 voices for community services. .indoor soccer ground..doctor clinic and physiotherapy centre..and lots of other indoor activities

Genesis majority of the time does basketball and badminton. I would like to see more of volleyball if that could happen?

Two years in a row I ve tried to book the McDonald s Play centre for a birthday party. The communication over email is horrible and by the time they get back to you to tell you how to reserve the day and time spot the next email is that it s been taken.
Very disappointed.

It's a great place and awesome Community for all activities! Has a climbing wall, pool, ymca, sport court arena, other arenas, public seating, it's great! Very busy although during the week when I come.

It is a really good community center but one of my complaints is that it just way too crowded with people who are all doing different things. Their is never a time that the community center will be quiet but then again that is one of the good things about it , there is always something to do. One time i went they where having basketball games and then the next hour they are a having a reptile expo. If you have nothing to do just go there you wont regret it. Still I don't really feel like its perfect because it is lacking a good amount of parking and sometimes they have these stores in the middle that just don't look that good .

Alot of benificial activities of mind and body. You choose how much time you want to spend, you will bave a lot of things to do. Once you have made library card you get a lot of benifits that comes with it.

Fun place to be at when you need some chilling done with friends or family.

Amazing environment and great place for kids / teenagers or seniors citizens like my mother.

Great location to bring your family for sport activities. Facilities are very spacious and modern. Just a little inconvenient to get to - not central. Great addition to the Calgary sport facility scene.

I have spent half of my life at this place. So many memories. What a time to be alive.

Nice recreational activities place, also large hall available for rental, we have rented a few times for community programs

Smells like curry. No place to sit because old Indian men occupy every bench and chair in the hallways. Overall good place to attend your event and go home after.

recreational center, good for the kids. Eid prayer inside at the soccer field.

Very good facility! I have always had a good experience with staff, the building is kept in good shape and equipment/ gyms are well maintained.
