For a hostel, really great. The card readers should maybe be checked, but otherwise we felt very well looked after. Clean, friendly, breakfast and value for money for this location just great. Thank you

The hotel had small showers, uncomfortable beds and no air conditioning. But I shouldn't have expected at this price. So totally okay, but the boss was so unfriendly and disorganized that I almost burst my collar. That's why only 2 stars!

It is a big hostel with a lot of dorms. The female dorm room seemed to be good. Have never ever seen such a small shower and toilet. The beds were clean but whenever one of the four people of the bunk bed moved during his/her sleep we all got "shaken". The staff did not give me the feeling I was welcome at all. They haven't asked if I was interested in information about the city nor the hostel itself, I did not feel like asking them since they came across being unmotivated.

After I came home after the first night out there was standing a group of men (including the staff) smoking and drinking outside. I said hi and struggled with opening the door with the card. The staff did not even bother to say hi or to help me out with the door. In the morning at 6.00 they were totally drunk during their shift.

A suitable place to stay if you are traveling alone. The "bathrooms" in the multi-bed rooms are, however, much too small and the cleaning of the rooms was not taken very seriously. very dusty. Another point of criticism is that at the front desk you can't get very far with German. Those who are not familiar with English or Spanish may run into a problem checking in or asking questions.
Otherwise, the hostel is especially recommended due to its good, central location.

In summary, a cheap, yet modern hostel. The rooms are perfectly fine except the bathroom and shower. So something small and unpleasant, I have never experienced. This is almost impossible to use for 1.85+ people. The breakfast was also completely adequate for the price and the staff was very nice. Absolutely to suggest.

No, please do not .... for the price of such a hole. For 25 euros the night i.O but not for just under 80 euros. There is a better hostel.

Nice and modern hostel. Air conditioner would've been nice but you can't expect everything when staying in a hostel.

Great location in Hamburg, a minute walk to main train terminal. Rooms are big with own bathroom, comfortable beds and good safe individual storage. The hostel itself had a decently priced restaurant and bar. A very social common area too. Loved my stay.

We booked the hostel for our graduation trip. The rooms were very small. Since we were 8 people in the room was the size was not enough. The windows could only be tilted for safety reasons that caused a bad air in the room. The "bathroom" was far too small. Likewise the toilet. Both were separated and VERY close. The sinks were so small, that sometimes you could not even wash your hands properly. Something like wardrobes did not exist. Only rusty metal boxes under the bed, which were not very convenient, since you had to pull them out and open each time. The breakfast was sufficient, although there was not much choice. The location was very central. Therefore also 2 stars 1 time for the adequate breakfast and 1 times for the central location. The hygiene still needs to be worked, because it has personally bothered me a lot. Especially all the dust in the room and the dirty windows.

So bad I can't even come up with a joke to describe it. Horrible in every sense of the word.

Great location because it's right next to Central Station. However the room is literally just beds and a bathroom the size of an airport bathroom. Also, everything cost extra, towels, shampoo, late check out (per person), etc.

In itself a very well designed hostel. Only a single shower and a small toilet are very tight in an eight-man room and a table would be very practical. So overall it makes a good impression, but if you look behind the scenes, you can see that it is a lower class hostel.

Pretty clean, functional rooms and spaces in gereral. I really like the staff. They're super friendly, speak great english and are pretty helpful. The bathrooms in the dorms are a little too small in my opinion and the seating in the lounge area is not particularly comfortable. My biggest gripe is WIFI. My friend says it's fine. But for me it was atrocious. Will go 5 stars if it had better internet

Comfortable beds! Which is the most important part. We stayed in a shared room for 8 people. The bathroom was incredibly small. Smaller than that in a ferrys room. Luckily I am not overweight, for if i was i wouldnt be able to do anything in there the pressure in the shower was so non-existent it was difficult washing your hair.
With that said, it was practical that the toilet and shower was separated when we where 8 people in the room.
