Melissa and Tiffany made this process go smoothly while treating my Mom with loving concern that was honest and from the heart. My mother is blind. Melissa was the perfect Funeral Director to handle the details, allowing my Mom to experience through touch - everything was described so that she was included fully.

My father in law recently passed and Dignity Memorial( Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery) took car of us. Jonathan and Adriana helped us out so much. The whole process was very hard for us but Jonathan was very professional, he walked us through every step of it, gave us what we wanted and just made things so much easier for us. He was very detailed oriented and did not leave anything out. From the moment we arrived for the funeral service til the moment we left- we were very please!!!! I used another Funeral Home with Burial Service at Shannon Rosehill. I met with the staff to determine the space in a family plot for my husband. The staff member was helpful and informative as to traditional placement, accommodated and fully supported my decisions. When I arrived at the Cemetary, I couldn t take my eyes away from the presentation. I felt like it honored my loved one, although I can t put my finger on how. I could not have been more pleased and the staff and workers were so respectful of my time needed to say good-bye.
Mellisa was our funeral director at Dignity Homes for my mother. She was very sincere and accommodating as we went through this very difficult time and made my family feel comfortable. Every little detail was perfect and the staff assisting Melisa was also just as wonderful.
We work with Nicole I m planning my mothers funeral she was absolutely wonderful we thank you Nicole for everything you helped us with in detail and for all the suggestions on the articles we could put my mom s ashes in the little roses and the necklaces and is absolutely wonderful thank you so much for your help and to Stephaine for helping us plan future plots for a family

My mom passed in March ,2020 and I called and requested Nichole because she did and excellent job with my dads funeral in 2017. Nichole had a day off and was scheduled to return on Monday!! The office personnel told me they would call Nichole and give her my number and less then 5 min I received a call from Nichole!! She told me that she would meet me Saturday even though she was off! That s the kind of service you can expect from Nichole! We walked in to Shannon Rose Hill on Saturday and was greeted by a very nice and polite young man by the name of Jonathan! Both Nichole and Jonathan were over my moms funeral and they did an excellent job! Nichole went over and beyond to get all my family in to view my mom! She allowed me to go in everyday to sit and view my mom before the funeral! All the
