My mom passed in March ,2020 and I called and requested Nichole because she did and excellent job with my dads funeral in 2017. Nichole had a day off and was scheduled to return on Monday!! The office personnel told me they would call Nichole and give her my number and less then 5 min I received a call from Nichole!! She told me that she would meet me Saturday even though she was off! That s the kind of service you can expect from Nichole! We walked in to Shannon Rose Hill on Saturday and was greeted by a very nice and polite young man by the name of Jonathan! Both Nichole and Jonathan were over my moms funeral and they did an excellent job! Nichole went over and beyond to get all my family in to view my mom! She allowed me to go in everyday to sit and view my mom before the funeral! All the
