The best place to spend time with family. Children will fall in love in this place. There are a lot of attractions for them. They can interact with most of them and make physical experiments. For adults this place is less attractive than children, especially for adults with technical backgrounds. As most of the expositions demonstrate physical laws from the school books.

Place full of interesting and useful experiments, it's fun for adults even more than for children. Quite crowded, bit they use experimental nano-technology against viruses and bacterias, as they say. Definitely recommend for families.

The Copernicus Science Centre is one of the few places that advocates ignoring the usual 'do not touch' rule, and using our hands & brains to make science more practical and applicable to our routine lives. I truly enjoyed going from station to station, playing with every possible tool, knob and machine part! I recalled some of my science lessons from school and also learnt some new things today.

This place is very lame, exhibits are trivial and boring. Its like they took a 4th grade physics book and put everything there. Very little you can do with little child. Place looks huge but probably quarter of it, is occupied by exhibit with bikes ( wow how exciting its bikes and wheels) , lots of empty space. For a nice building like that they could find something more engaging and fun to display and spend more money on exhibits themselves.

From the first step I took in this place i was amazed. Almost all of the things exhibited were interactive and we had a real fun with them. There wasn't an empty spot left.
I had real fun playing with the light. Even if you know a lot about physics you still will be surprised by how well are all of the experiments made.
All in all it's one of those places that are worth visiting even more than once.

About Copernicus Science Centre

Copernicus Science Centre: A Space for Inspiration and Exploration

If you're looking for a unique and inspiring experience, look no further than the Copernicus Science Centre. This innovative space is not your typical museum - there are no glass cases or tour guides here. Instead, it's a place where visitors can observe, experiment, ask questions, and seek answers on their own terms.

Located in Warsaw, Poland, the Copernicus Science Centre is named after the famous astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus. The centre was founded in 2005 with the goal of promoting science education and encouraging curiosity about the world around us. Since then, it has become one of the most popular attractions in Poland.

The centre's exhibits cover a wide range of scientific topics - from physics to biology to astronomy - and are designed to be interactive and engaging for visitors of all ages. Whether you're interested in exploring outer space or learning about the human body, there's something here for everyone.

One of the most popular exhibits at the Copernicus Science Centre is "The High Voltage Theatre," which features live demonstrations of electricity and magnetism. Visitors can watch as lightning bolts shoot across the room or see how magnets can levitate objects in mid-air.

Another highlight is "The Planetarium," which offers immersive shows that take visitors on a journey through space and time. With state-of-the-art technology that includes a 3D projector system and surround sound speakers, these shows are an unforgettable experience.

But it's not just about flashy exhibits - there are also plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning at the centre. Visitors can conduct experiments in a real laboratory setting or participate in workshops led by scientists from various fields.

In addition to its permanent exhibits, the Copernicus Science Centre also hosts temporary exhibitions throughout the year that focus on specific topics or themes. These exhibitions often feature interactive installations that allow visitors to explore new ideas or concepts in depth.

But perhaps what sets this science centre apart from others is its emphasis on creativity and innovation. The centre encourages visitors to think outside-the-box when it comes to problem-solving and exploration - whether that means designing their own experiments or coming up with new ideas for scientific research.

Overall, if you're looking for an inspiring space where you can learn about science while having fun at same time , then look no further than The Copernicus Science Center . With its engaging exhibits , hands-on activities ,and emphasis on creativity ,it truly offers something special .
