Business is simply not able to do what they have to do.
My order has now been in Utrecht for 2 days and they do not deliver.
Company where I placed my order is now going to arrange a courier to pick it up at GLS.
If you order something and GLS is responsible for transportation, DO NOT!

Worst service, they make many mistakes in corresponding the right address meaning your package will get lost, terrible customer service unwilling to help.

Very poorly arranged, package came from Spain and has a value of several hundred euros and weighs more than 30 kilos. We were not at home with delivery, so a new appointment was made via the not at home message. Then they did not show up, so the next day I only called and turned out to be the package in Utrecht. The track & trace indicated that the reception was closed, but the package had to go to a home address.
At the first phone call I agreed that the package had to be delivered at a pick up point, the next day it was not there and so call again. Apparently the package had gone to Amsterdam the day before and now no one knew where it was and I just had to contact the sender, who could arrange it. Coincidentally, my almost 70-year-old mother-in-law in Spain .. Top service

Poor shipping service. very limited delivery time frames only during office hours, no weekends either. The options for tracking your shipment are also years behind on their competitors... count on taking half a day off when you need something delivered by them. Even calling their service to ask a better estimate does not help..
