Contacted via email about technical issues, had a reply within an hour. An engineer called me and walked me through the steps to find the issue and even sent me a download of the manual. Managed to find and fix the problem quickly. Excellent service!

Fosters Industrial have provided a professional and comprehensive service over the past 20 plus years. They have been integral to the success of our company during that period, by supporting the development of our own welding project's with quality products and technical knowledge over and above what would normally be expected.

We have been using Fosters since I was about 28 and I am now in my sixties but never so much as we do more recently, as we are now making a new steel product and during this long period we have not once had any kind of sloppy service, which is quite hard to achieve over this sort of length of time. Even now for example , if they say they will ring back, they do, and this is becoming rarer these days, so without hesitation we recommend dealing with this solid honest company.
