I had a wonderful experience at BRG midcity. I went to the ER for severe leg pain & the doctors found something more going on in my body. I m so very grateful for my nurses & doctors at BGRMC for taking me seriously, listening to me, & really caring about my health. I was admitted to the hospital & stayed 2 nights. Omg! The nurses were amazing!! I was a little sad I had to leave. They were there for anything I needed. The doctors were wonderful. They answered all of my questions & I never felt rushed. I am definitely a BRG girl for life! I m so grateful for midcity becasue it is so close to my home! Definitely recommend! Can I also say the EKG techs, ER techs, just everyone is phenomenal! They treat you like family!

I ve been here since 12 and no one has been in this room except to take my vitals and to get my information . I understand the that the critical gets waited on first but Lord . I can say that I will not be coming to this ER anymore . I m just going to get my bag and go else where.

It serves this hospital no purpose of being here because they truly do not care about the patients. I was brought here via ambulance after a serious MVA. Upon my arrival not one person greeted me, introduced themselves or anything until the dr came in. I expressed severe pain on the entire left side of my body yet only my knee and foot were xrayed. Everyone was truly dismissive and unengaged. I asked for assistance going to the restroom and the aide came and parked the wheelchair in front of me but refused to assist me in anyway. Luckily the person that was with me assisted me in and out of the chair. I sat in the room for over an hour with no call light and was not checked on once until someone came to check my vitals over an hour and a half later. I will NEVER return to this hospital and I do use that word lightly!

I came to the emergency dept and was diagnosed with a kidney infection. I was sent home with the papers for a general UTI. I went back because my pain was getting worse, and they took 2 hours to test my urine. They sent me home saying we don t know why you re in pain but come back in two days if you don t feel better . They also sent me home with a prescription for a narcotic without telling me it was a narcotic.

The receptionist for the Wound Care is incredibly rude. We approached her to let her know we were here for our appt which she couldn t find (typical, it s not the first or even second time they didn t schedule us correctly) so she gave us a bad attitude for their mistake. Apparently we were disturbing her gossip session and snack break to get up and figure out how to fit us in. The only reason they get one star is how friendly and nice the nurses were once we got to the back.

I so very highly recommend BR General Midcity! from the second i walked in to the moment i walked out i was greeted by the most amazing staff! From the lovely lady who checked me in, to my amazing nurse Kristy, to the very kind attentive Dr Pfeffere (thats spelled wrong). even the guards upon exit were polite in great spirits. i hate hospitals. im an anxiety patient. I willnever again have reservations about seeking help if its MidCity i get to see! Thank you all so much! your all super brave heroes and highly appreciated!

I ve been coming to this office for about 3 years and never have I ever experienced a doctor like Dr. Lauren Tillery and by no means is that a compliment. She was very dismissive of the issues I was expressing to her, she was highly insensitive and just not a good fit for me! I recommend training this doctor on how to be empathetic to patients and actually taking the time to listen to them rather than trying to minimize the issues their telling you they are having! This doctor literally made me consider going to a completely different office!

The staff that have spoken with are totally unprofessional, I don't know what is going on with my mother I get the generic response she is doing okay When I call to at least speak to my mother I am immediately asked to leave a message and the nurse ill call back. The African American urses that call back seems as though she does not want to talk to me to inform me what's going on with the mother. I don't feel it is right because they have told me that the nurse are having other families speak with their family. I have spoken to the doctors and social worker and have been advised that I should not have to go through this to speak with my mother and the doctor stated that he will
