The staff that have spoken with are totally unprofessional, I don't know what is going on with my mother I get the generic response she is doing okay When I call to at least speak to my mother I am immediately asked to leave a message and the nurse ill call back. The African American urses that call back seems as though she does not want to talk to me to inform me what's going on with the mother. I don't feel it is right because they have told me that the nurse are having other families speak with their family.
