It's a very friendly place, have been on a few training courses and this is by far one of the best. they have alot of time to help you and there are only a handful of people on the course at one time makes it feel a little more personal. Will be back for more training in the future.
I had a great time training with them! During my time in Cardiff, I attended many training courses which has improved my professional skills. I would recommend CCW-Training Academy without a shadow of a doubt, because is the perfect option for improving personal and IT skills. Mike and his team are really professionals not only they are going to improve your personal skills they will make sure that you having a good time too. Office administration, Harri is helpful and kind. All the staff Mike and Jane Tan are specialists in making you feel confident. Such talented tutors, specially Glen Peterson with his big sense of humour in his training and very patient Mel Disley. All tutors are amazing, and they are always there anytime to help you. I took the ILM v5 courses in Individual Development and Project Management. The courses and tutors were absolutely fantastic, really engaging, friendly, informative and enjoyable. I have learnt real useful skills here to help me with my journey. A big thanks to Mike and team for providing and teaching both great courses, along with their advice and guidance to get me through to gain the ILM v5 Award.
Lovely place to study. friendly team and loved the fact it was two of us in the group as this gave us more one to one interaction. Easy to get to and Lunch was provided which was great!. I would definitely recommend studying with these guys. Harri was very friendly and helpful! Great place.
In August 2019 me and An e attended an erasmus+ project which was held in Wales where we stayed for about a month. During this project we met many people with good intentions and a vast majority of knowledge that they passed on to us. The context of the project taught us the basics of organizing, a lot of new advanced English and work safety. We also learned a lot about people skills and about us in general. We stayed at Mike and Jane s house and they were both very welcoming. While we were there we loved to talk with them but besides that we also had the privilege to taste their tasty cousine and even learn some basic karate. The experience was incredible and i would do it again.
I have recently completed my ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management with CCW. I really enjoyed the course, the lessons were interactive, informative and really enjoyable. The support I received with the assignments was excellent, the tutors were brilliant and any queries I had with regards to the course were promptly answered by Harri. I could not recommend CCW enough.
Completed both beginner and intermediate AutoCAD courses with CCW. I found both courses to be a great balance between both learning and practical aspects. Great facilities and a very knowledgeable instructor made the course very enjoyable and easy to understand. Highly recommend.
I have just completed my ILM level 3. Very knowledgeable and experienced tutors. The examples given was tailored to the industry I and other candidates worked in which made it more relatable and easy to grasps.
Communication was very good and quick response when reviewing assignments. I recommend CCW for their courses and I look forward to learning from them again in the near future.
From dealing with the staff at CCW for a few months I can say the experience was really beneficial. The content they deliver is very detailed, they have a lot of experience which they convey. They re always m happy to help in whatever way they can. The training set up is great as it allows for a more personal experience. It was a pleasure learning from them and I would love to do a course again with them in the future.
