Honestly safe yourself the trouble of going here, my brother was denied service because he refused to take a profile picture that was meant for a medical profile and fraud!? Since when is that a reason for refusal of service!? In all my years of working in the healthcare profession, I have never EVER heard of that!? And if your going to speak ill about the patient, do not do it outside of his room where he can hear all the negative things you were saying about him. If i could rate no stars I would, do me a favor and do better next time! Provide the care you claim to do and I m glad my brother didn t end up receiving care from you all. Everyone has to the right to refuse taking a picture, and if you really needed a profile picture use the patients government issued ID, that s why we have one.

There were some issues with insurance. The doctor's wife called and wanted me to pay immediately or the price would go up to the full amount billed to insurance. One day later, the doctor's wife left a message on my answering machine and threatened that she was sending the bill to collection right now. That was before I even received any bill from them or the EOB from insurance. I thought I was dealing with a collection agency instead of a doctor's office!
Turned me down for medical attention. What caring doctor does that? Guess Dr. Lin doesn't care
