Rented a couple of 3D models for a product set a few months ago. It was not a very pleasant experienced. They can make beautiful designs and the material looks actually nice in photos. But, upon deliver, few of them were already worn out and looks dirty. They were not properly maintained and stored. They should've informed us about the actual condition of the model before delivering them to us, or actually ask us first if we would still want to rent them out. The photos are very misleading, and they shouldn't be doing something like that.

This is an adorable store! A friend of mine wanted to go here while we were wandering through the Haight last weekend.

Got 4 different 3d models, one model turned out good but the rest are poorly constructed. I am quite dissatisfied. I always thought I am receiving the highest quality work for the price I paid, but I start to realize that I just wasted my time and in the end spent even more money on something that didn't meet my expectation.

The price of renting the models is higher than in other places. I request all of you to compare before you spend any money here. Save money as their designs are not very extraordinary.

Their models are excellent with beautiful craftsmanship. I highly recommend Gemmiti Model Art. This is a wonderful company to work with.

The transport box they delivered the model in was not in good shape. I expected better considering how much they charge.

I worked here for a short while and while I enjoyed my job, I had difficulties dealing with office politics. There were some seniors who were able to get their relatives in the company. They were clearly incompetent and didn't know anything about the industry. They just made our lives miserable there that I had to quit.

Gemmiti Model Art is great to work with and their models are of highest quality. They're without question the best model shop in the country.

I could say that the models were good and I believed that our team presented them very well. But upon seeing the competitions's model, we were in awe as they were outstanding. It's not surprising that they won the client and got the contract.

The management is very skilled at lying to everyone, be it the employees or the clients. Don't trust them!!

The models they created looked better in images. The real deal wasn't very impressive. Overpriced is the word that comes to mind when I think of these guys.

The main problem with this company is the lack of trained model makers. It's full of newbies who barely know the work or the industry. It creates problems for employees and clients!

I commissioned them to build a prototype. I was dissatisfied with the finished material. It was poorly done, there were rough edges which I don't like, size was not what I asked for. Had to make them produce another one.

They take too much time even to create the simplest types of models. The delay in the process has happened many times, and it's irritating. I don't think trusting them would be a smart move if you have a deadline.
