Thieves who steal from my bank account after making an online pirchase and blame their pricing error on me.

Great selection of furniture, rugs, bags. Stuff not at your regular store.

Order is been lost, checking the trucking number that Roots gave me nothing came out. Delivery company doesn t have any idea. Is been 1 week than I m trying to reach someone at Roots (emails, phone) but no answer. I m very disappointed and I m not going to give up until I ve got my money back!

Rude customer service. They shipped me a sweater that did not match the measurements identified on their website. When I called to return the item they told me to pay for my own shipping to return the item. BUYER BEWARE...

I didn t see a SINGLE thing in these stores that s made in Canada. Everything is made in China.

You may want to re assess your manufacturing location because I will never be back until you do.
