Just had a great vegetarian dish for lunch at a Gosford & Erina Business Chamber event catered by the Gema group. To be honest I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the dish - Stuffed red capsicum (stuffed with pearl cous cous, roasted pumpkin & roasted spanish onion) topped with pan fried mushrooms (enoki & normal). All served on a delicious mash with lightly steamed broccolini. I wish I'd taken a photo so I could share it here! Great job Guys!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Every food stall at the Floriade is owned by the Gema Group. Why the monopoly? Maybe they're worried if they had some competition no-one would want to eat their corporate slop!

As per the previous reviewer, if there was a zero option, that's what they'd get. Numerous vans at the Sydney ATP were catered by The Gema Group. Quite possibly the worst gozleme in the history of global golemes! We'd never go near another GG van. Ever.
