Another toothless and useless heavily-promoted organisation with a rude, obstructive receptionist who wouldn't spell the CEO's surname, i.e., the same CEO who doesn't given out his email address for the benefit of the consumer.
I received amazing service from the team at GGF (in particular Sam). My installation issues were resolved very professionally. I am more than happy with the end result where the installation company had to return to rectify the issues.
Extremely helpful people who gave up there time to help me even though the company I used wasn't a member.
Pathetic - The Organisation that represents all Glass and Glazing Companies. No replies on email. No one to receive call in the office. What's left ? I have been problem with Anglian Home Improvement since January 2020. Useless & Hopeless institution.

Utterly useless organisation . Asked them to get involved with our complaint against anglian - took months to come back with nothing but some rubbish from Anglian - I thought they are supposed to mediate? Waste of time!
