So I did have an issue with a computer but it was replaced with another. The process took a week or so which was unfortunate, but the care I received far outweighed anything else. I now have a very fast pc for the price. I would order from geekfurb again in a heartbeat. Thanks for taking care of my grandfather geekfurb. I appreciate you

Zero Stars should be an option with GeekFurb. Purchased 2 laptops in Aug recieved Aug 28th... neither one would charge... reported to Geek Furb... It is now Nov 8th, they finally sent me a return label, listed "postage required". lol wish I could just get the 2 months x 2 laptops of head ach and down time back. Cannot fix stupid, shame on me for buying a refurb computer from GeekFurb.

I made a mistake when ordering a product from GeekFurb on line. I didn't realize my mistake until a couple of days later. I contacted GeekFurb with no hassles they canceled my erroneous order and helped me select the proper component. The product arrived and was exactly what I needed.
