I have been sugaring for 3 years now, up to 400 taps, built my own arch, vacuum system, and purchased many products here from arch board, tubing, fittings, to jugs and bottles. Prices are very competitive. The folks are knowledgable and friendly. Usually try to plan a trip here, but did order online once, and receive things quickly.
Went there today and let me tell you that the roads to get to this client aren't easy. Small roads, lots of curves, ups and downs. Basically you are driving towards the top of a mountain. The unloading time was fast and the staff were ok. I loved the view you get when you are up there.
Disappointed that the wrong sizes were sent and Basom's wants me to pick up the charges to ship it back. Will find an alternate provider.
I used to order supplies from here. Now I see they're selling a cheap chinese knockoff of a great American evaporator. Let's all tell bascoms how we slfeel about theft of American designs by shopping elsewhere. Shame on bascoms and cdl
Awesome place they had everything we needed for our first attempt at maple syruping. The staff was super knowledgeable and so so helpful.
Bascom's remains the go-to place for sugar makers in our part of the world. They have just about anything you could possibly want or need, and everyone is very nice and helpful!
Love seeing Bruce and other family members.. brings back memories!!
I got some 5/16 line and some fittings. They always have everything I need.
Everything you'd ever need for all aspects of your Maple sugar production. Whether you've got 50 taps out, or 5,000 they can hook you up with state of the art equipment.
Even though it's a long drive, they always have everything we need.
Tucked away on the top of a mountain, Bascom's showroom is stocked with everything you need for your sugaring operation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff available to answer questions, and fun extras like maple cotton candy, decorations, and jewelry.
I'm like a kid in a Candy Store here. They have anything you can possibly need to make your own Maple Syrup, at fair and competitive prices. But most importantly, they are just plain Good People.
Worth the trip from Connecticut to get supplies for our sugar house. They have everything you need and their staff is super friendly and helpful.
One of my favorite places, wonderful staff, and the most delicious stuff on earth!
