I was reading the reviews online on Glassdoor, Indeed, and on Google, I have to say that the 5 star reviews do seem to be employees that don't have much to say on why GCB is a good company but the employees giving it a low score have strong opinions. I also see the Sr. VP did respond to some questions which is great but the feedback is not good. For starters, GCB is a pseudo EEO, it's all Indians (Dot not Feather) in the back office that have the comprehension and organization skills of a fish. Also Sr. VP claims that you can email hr@gcbservices.com to get heard, this email is a depository into a dumpster, it is hard for anyone in the front office to pay attention to this email and other emails, calling in for a complaint doesn't work well either, Sr. VP needs to admit that GCB purposely doesn't hear employees out, also I have been given illegal advice to perform duties via text from GCB many times, some of those times it's HR not knowing basic laws of the USA and trying any means to get the job done. If you don't believe me in the claims I'm making above I have saved all my SMS text and voice recorded about a dozen phone calls displaying how GCB HR is run. Valid criticisms are always welcome but if I hear a response to HR that is out of bounds in regards to this post other than what I had in parenthesis I will release the audio recording to the public. Lastly, it is to note GCB almost killed me, had guns pulled on me as they wanted me to test in Area 51 telling me that they had access before hand, when calling the guy at Sprint that coordinates this stuff, he said, "I don't know what your talking about".

Worked at Indian office of GCB for 3 year, best time of my life. You can do whatever you like with lot of freedom, but ONLY to those who perform. For low performers, they can be very heavy handed. In nutshell good place for high performers but hell from low performer.

HARASSMENT. Plain and simple. I have had 5 different recruiters who I can barely understand call me about the same job for the past MONTH. after about 20 calls and emails from 5 different people several times a day I had enough and told them even before they spoke, I know this is about some 'supposed' job which I could care less about to be honest. Even after I informed them that I am not interested and do not call again. I got at least 3 more calls and emails the next day about the same exact job. PLEASE...Learn courtesy and what your company has become to me....HARASSMENT and must be scam artists to collect information on job candidates. I do not like having to fill out a Right to Represent form either only to have it go no where ANYWAY. I never had to fill out such a form to work with a well known recruiting agency before...why would i do it for your company?

Total fraud going. They will call on behalf of GCB and after selection they will give letter of some other company GIT or MPM. Here worker is not evaluated on the basis of work quality but on the basis of his extra stretching hours. No job security whenever they feel they just fire employee. Apart from this working hours are just so hell and in that also they expect you to stretch. Don't know about Us office but the office here in India is just hell. Salary is never credited on time, no facilities, no compensation for overtime, and no work as described at time of interview
