I bought my car from Gateway in 2015. I loved the buying experience. There was no pressure. I let them know what I needed, what I could afford, and I was given a selection of three vehicles to choose from.

Today, however, I was reminded why I bought from Gateway in the first place. On my way to a meeting in Alcoa, my car's transmission gave up the ghost. I called to let them know I needed help. A tow truck was sent to bring my car in and diagnose the problem. Although I was a basket case, I knew everything would be okay.
