I was in East Tennessee for work this week and had car trouble on my way back to Kentucky Wednesday night. Having no idea where to go, I asked Siri where the closest Nissan dealership was and she lead me to Greeneville. I was at the service department first thing this morning, explained my situation to Lisa Anderson, and she had my car back within 15 minutes. Sadly, the Murano I went in with would not make it out. So, Lisa brings in Roger Tweed, who immediately gets my information and starts looking into ways to get me home. Absolutely no pressure, just real honest talk, which I appreciate so much. The team priced out all of my options, and even started looking for any used parts to cut costs. In the end, I decided that a new car was the best option. Roger found a 2018 Murano that suited me perfectly. With the assistance of Kevin Stanton, finance manager, I was even able to manage to keep my monthly payment within $20 of what I was currently paying. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their assistance today. They were kind, patient, and professional the entire day. I look forward to seeing them again as I collect on my two free oil changes.
