Rooms are very spacious and come with a balcony, location is nice and central, but too close to the barstrip do there is a lot of noise, crew is friendly and very helpfull, overall 4out of 5

Nice rooms, but breakfast is unfortunately only from 7:30, so if you want the bike in the morning on the Glockner, it is not ideal.

They have clean, excellent apartments and a special location near the lake. Two adjacent apartments were rented and a door opened between them to become a spacious four-room apartment ,,

One of the disadvantages is that the kitchen is in one of the rooms overlooking the balcony and the beds are in it

The hotel itself is clean, modern - but unfortunately rather badly soundproofed. This fact in itself would not lead me to rate it with only 2 stars.
But unfortunately we made the mistake of booking half board. The food was under all cannon (a cheek, what the menu is allowed to complain about - one day a soup with 12 noodles counted, an average chicken leg with rice and a mini-dessert, then I was hungry first; the next day a lukewarm soup Without taste, chewy goulash (which still hangs in my teeth today) with watery spaetzle and unfinished apple strudel.).
The service also left a lot to be desired. On the second evening we had to go to dinner and were more or less thrown out because there was a Christmas party. Sure, hotel guests are quite annoying.
I would never go there again or if I did, then definitely without half board.

Everything great! Only the drinks had to be paid at dinner itself, although half board was booked. Therefore a star deduction.

No cheerful service, and 15 for a small schnitzel with very little fries, no vegetables or garnish, is disproportionate.
All in all it is a nice restaurant, but it makes an unkempt impression.

We are regularly visitors to the hotel during winter. For the last decade we experienced so many positive changes in Gruener Baum Hotel. All rooms have be renovated, restaurant area has been moved to new location, wifi signal became stronger and so on. Every year you can find some improvements around. Quality of food is amazing, as well as quantity. Something what gives special impress is stuff and their kindness. Always ready to help, accept jokes or just tell you good morning, makes you feeling as at home. We can say well done Gruner Baum, Carl and entire staff, see you again in some of coming years.

The staff very nice. The rooms and the food was great. The spa could be a bit bigger.

On holiday we always come here to eat a real Wiener schnitzel. Of all the Viennese schnitzels that we ate in the area so far, it was the best. Very well fried in clarified butter, juicy and tender.

It was a great vacation and all the staff at the hotel are really very nice! The food is not only visually great, but also tastes good for the palate! The rooms are very nice and clean. Very centrally located hotel with enough own parking spaces. Everything was TOP!

The hotel is run with a lot of heart and high standards and has charm and a relaxed atmosphere. The food in the evening (4 course menu) is excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is full of regional products and homemade sausage specialties from the in-house butcher. The location is ideal for skiing.

Breakfast room also very comfortable and the offer large and varied. The dinner consisting of several courses was a treat for the palate.
Parking spaces in front of the hotel or in the underground car park were free.

The evening here made our stay at the lake even more beautiful. I haven't eaten such delicious Kasnocken in a long time !! Absolute dream and palate dance! The fresh spicy salad was a perfect addition.

The schnitzel was accordingly very good, consistently thin and juicy.
Not to be forgotten is the legendary Kaiserschmarren! Very, very tasty!

The location is very cozy and the service is very courteous, a lot of locals go to eat here

Hadi hotel, family, clean, its price is very suitable, its location is wonderful in the center of Zalmasi and very close to the lake and also its place very close to many shops and restaurants .. Also the breakfast offers a wonderful way and a varied buffet to satisfy all tastes .. and I liked the hotel is completely renovated recently and furniture New ... I recommend staying in it..and evaluating it at 8.8 in Bucking ..

With the kitchen in the green tree we were always very satisfied, the waiters were always very friendly. We've been here for years to eat schnitzel - whenever we've vacationed in the area. However, the prices continue to rise - that scares us off now. Unfortunately!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel! Centrally located, easy to find and everything you need is there.
(Nice, modern) superior double room with balcony on the 1st floor - recommended a little further "back", but nice and quiet. Rich breakfast with a friendly breakfast lady and a home-style, delicious dinner (5-course menu, half-board) that you can really look forward to! Served by nice waiters in the associated rustic dining room, in the restaurant directly across the street.
Free parking is allowed in the underground station and friendly, helpful staff everywhere :)
