CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. Now we had a leak, they visited 5 times without success. Mechanic A does not know what mechanic B has done and then does the same. You will then receive an invoice. When you call they say they do not call back either. Not recommended.

Mechanic indicates that I should call the office. Office says: "We have recently had the customers pay by direct debit, just like many other companies." But do I get an invoice? it says what the technician has done ". Gasservice Vianen, however, thinks it is impossible to get an invoice for the work done. I think I'll take a closer look at companies that do provide an invoice!

As last year, the central heating installation was...

As last year, the central heating installation was carried out by Jeffrey.
It was also the turn of mechanical ventilation.
Striking compared to previous technicians who also did their work properly, Jeffrey is customer friendly, gives useful tips and does not leave as quickly as he comes in.
All in all, my wife and I like to receive Jeffrey again at the next service visits.
This is the service that people of my wife and I age like to receive.

Made an appointment with gas service for maintenance. First placed in a different time slot. And then after a 45 minute wait you will be called that they will not come again.

The moment you say this is a weird state of affairs, Mrs. Jenny from customer service starts yelling at you and talking through you.

I indicated that I did not like this and broke the connection, after which she called back even more angry and came up with bad options for a new appointment.

After this I had contact with her colleague who thought it was a special course of events, but actually said that this could not be true because he knows Jenny.

You will not be taken seriously!

Installing the central heating system in July 2016...

Installing the central heating system in July 2016 went very well. Maintenance is also OK.

Unfortunately I had some bad experiences with changing the address details of my sister. For her, that is pretty sensitive (loss of a loved one) and when I called after, I got the feeling that I didn't have to nag.

If you have no expectations regarding customer friendliness, then it is a good company.

Gasservice Vianen installed the underfloor heating quickly and during the bouvak. They wanted to immediately (and free of charge) have a look at the CV, which gave cures.

Customer at Gas Service Vianen for years, my parents and sister too.

In any case, I left them, main reason: various problems with CV and Gas leakage (dangerous to life) and that has not been resolved at various times. They can't even identify problems properly, I've done most of the work.

Solution not established via Gas Service Vianen.
Final standings have to arrange everything themselves via Eneco.

I think it is a great company as long as there are no complex problems.

I would not post a negative review but when canceling the contact was not too friendly ...

Such a shame!
