Mechanic comes to check boiler. Then he picks up a pin machine and says: "You have to pay E 104.00". However, I do not receive an invoice or specification. What exactly do I pay for? Mechanic indicates that I should call the office. Office says: "We have recently had the customers pay by direct debit, just like many other companies." But do I get an invoice? it says what the technician has done ". Gasservice Vianen, however, thinks it is impossible to get an invoice for the work done. I think I'll take a closer look at companies that do provide an invoice!
