Very friendly place. I prefer the wood-fired pizzas over the Italian style thin-crust pizzas. Only downside is that we usually have to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes before getting a table. I guess it's because it's so popular.

I just moved into the neighborhood and I've had probably been there four times, once in the dining room and three times at the bar. Previously, Tonight and yesterday in the evening I have the same bartender, both times she's very non attentive, kind of nonchalant and rude, in a hurry, tonight it kind of felt like the bartender was doing me a favor by allowing me to sit there and eat because it was 30 minutes before you close and I understand that it's not good etiquette to go in late but we were not the latest people walked in it was actually people who are barely getting their food as we were done, if you re not gonna give the same quality of food and service at 8:30 PM he shouldn t do it all, the past it was cold no bread was given no courtesy at all it was very short and felt like you didn t want the business of the people that came in. service was way below average, all 3 times but I figured I would give the place a chance because it was my local place and new to me and I thought maybe it was the time of day or busy or I don t know I guess I was making excuses for the crappy service, she has tended to all of her regulars and apparently not me and the different parties that I took to try to enjoy one of my local places. The first time I was at a hightop near the bar area and was completely ignored after her switching with another bartender, we had no idea that he left and then I saw her and wasn't even sure if she was the bartender and then once I realize she was a bartender she paid zero attention to me and my party at all whatsoever passed by us at least a half a dozen times while tending to her regulars, without even saying hi your bartender left I'm your new bartender or is there anything I can get for you guys, or drinks were empty for at least 20 minutes and he finally decided to close out because we were so disappointed in the service. Just a little advice for the management or owners of this place, if your staff comes in with hickeys all up and down their neck you should probably require them to wear turtlenecks because it's disgusting and unprofessional

Good service. Friendly staff. It's mostly the same but I'm not fond of the new focus on being a beer room. Avoid the chicken as they tend to overcook it making it too dry.

Update #1: Good food. Packed! Parking is limited (unless you walk).

Update #2: Sunday evening meant the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Service was slow. They can't help but overcook the chicken every time. Disappointing; they used to be better

If I could give half stars, it would be 4.5 stars.

My husband and I come here mostly for lunch or happy hour, as the prices are good. We always ask for their homemade bread with olive oil/balsamic mix as soon as we sit down. Always so, so good! Their meatballs appetizer is ah-mazing, with the best marinara sauce I've ever had. I use my bread to sop it all up, it's that good. It is also on their happy hour specials, which is a bonus.

The wood fired pizzas are great - both the mini size available during lunch and happy hour and the regular size. We usually go for the veggie pesto, which sadly wasn't on the menu during our most recent visit, or the margherita. The wood-fired crust is delicious, and the ingredients are high quality. I've also tried the BBQ chicken pizza, which is very good but a bit heavy for me, and the thai chicken, which was very dry and tasteless. We've had the ceasar and romaine gorganzola salads, and both are good. The ceasar dressing is tangy and almost addictive.

The specialty cocktails are always made really well, and whoever comes up with the recipes is a genius. They are always well balanced in flavor and very tasty. They recently added more beer taps and now have a better beer selection. My husband and I had a beer flight to end our meal the other day, and every beer we tried was very good.

Service is friendly and generally good, but it can be a bit slow at times. It doesn't bother me, but my husband has gotten a bit irked by it in the past. My only bad experience here was months ago when we sat down at a table in the bar area for happy hour and the bartender put the dishwasher behind the bar on. It was so loud that I couldn't enjoy myself, let alone have any real conversation. Unfortunately, we had to leave and go somewhere else. I told the bartender why we were leaving, but she seemed completely oblivious as to why a customer wouldn't want to sit and eat while listening to a loud dishwasher - it was very disappointing but more of a fluke for this place than anything.

Overall, if you like wood fired pizza, good cocktails, and good beer, check this place out!

Fantastic! Best pizza I've found in the area so far. I really love thin crust and this is the first pizza place since moving from the east coast that I've loved. Great service too, will be back!

The Thai Chicken pizza was delicious, but it took a loooong time for our server to take our drink orders, and then even more time for the drinks (just fountain beverages) to finally get out. We had to request the bread as well.

My first time at WSP was decent. The wait was considerable but we were a party of 4 showing up at one of the busiest times. I would recommend getting a reservation through OpenTable or calling to check how long the wait is in advance. Conveniently this location has a parking structure right next to it so that was nice. In terms of the food, we tried the Impossible pizza and garlic cheese bread. Both were delicious and it was good to have an impossible foods meat substitute option. They also have a good local beer selection. Overall, I would recommend this place for a nice sit down place to chat with friends although it is a bit pricey.

I really likes their angel hair pasta and their garlic chicken pizza. They have pasta, sandwiches, burgers, alcohol, and pizza. They serve you bread at the beginning. If you want it warm, you can ask for the bread to be warm since they give it to you cold.

Disappointed. Used to be one of our GOTO places, but the quality has fallen way off and the service is getting slower and slower. We don't plan to go there again, and we have been going here since it first opened.

We came here @8:30 Saturday night. Three people, not a large crowd. First the champagne we ordered was so today that we thought they got the order wrong. They replaced it by a new one once requested (shouldn't have needed to ask). The food was tasty. However the service here was amazingly slow. When the time cane for check, I asked three times and waited over 10 minutes. I don't see us coming here again.

We had good food and good service, but not exceptional. The vodka shrimp pasta was fairly good and better than the pizza we had. The garlic chicken pizza had less garlic than the pasta and we were disappointed in that. Good night and we would be willing to eat here again, but it wasn't so good that we are going to rush back.

I have always been satisfied with my order! A little noisy, but to be expected in smaller restaurants like this. Has a bit of a sports pub atmosphere..

Good but not great pizza. It's wood-fired which gives it that great taste and flavor. But it's not that amazing. Of course, I travel a lot and so my standards are not those of the local's.

As Randy would say on American Idol: It's aaaaaaa right.

My husband and I have ordered from this place 2 times, and both times, for me, were "Meeh". The most recent time we ordered a Garlic Chicken pizza and Angel hair pasta. (we got delivery). The pizza was stiff and had very little toppings at all, including cheese or sauce. it almost felt/tasted stale to the touch. My pasta was very soggy, like the noodles were cooked way too long. The sauce was lacking, making it very bland. I dont think we will be ordering a third time

We came to this place on August 6th, My husband drives through there everyday and wanted to try some real pizza, not fast food pizza like Dominoes or little Ceasar. He kept telling me he wanted to go to a pizzeria where they cook pizza in a real oven, not a wanna be oven, so he ordered the combination pizza and he loved it. He said he could taste the difference in the fresh toppings (sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms) and the crust was amazing. Our 16 year old daughter ordered the macaroni and cheese and gave it a DOUBLE thumbs up. Our 13 year old son ordered the calamari steak, he said it was kinda spicy for his taste so I switched plates with him since I had ordered the linguini pasta with shrimp and clams. And he just loved it. The calamari steak was fine for me since I like spicy food. Overall the food was great, the service was superb since from the time we ordered our plates didn't take long to be at our table. We would definitely go back again. By the way, parking was not a problem as long as you don't take more than 3hours to dine since they have 2 stories parking right around the corner.

Server forgot about an item i ordered. And then, when he gave me a check i told him that i also would like to add pasta. And he told me that i was very rude to him and he don't want to serve me. He told that if you want to order pasta then go to bar and ask for it.
I did not say anything rude to him. Yes, I'm not a native speaker and so what?

The quality of the food is satisfactory, and can be better or worse, depending on the dish you choose. The beer selection is alright, better than most restaurants, and they often have a few gems on tap. The atmosphere is not preferable for a relaxing, quiet, family dinner - it's loud, there are televisions beaming sporta in every corner, and the open kitchen is very clamorous. It's an overwhelming sensory experience at this location, relative to the Los Gatos location, which is slightly less cramped. Service is generally good, sometime better, and the food arrives generally quickly. It's a mediocre but solid dining experience with standard Italian-American fare amd good drinks.

The host and waitress that helped us are amazing people. It feels so good to be treated with dignity.,it s seems though people have lost it now a days. I ordered the Citrus Salmon and wings, flank steak, lemon fehttuchini w/salmon. Beer and wine. Everything was delicious. I would use less oil to grill the salmon but other than that it was a great first time experience. Family Friendly also accommodated our family to sit at a table that had room to fit our stroller in snug.

My husband & I enjoyed Willow Street but we were disappointed on our last visit. We ordered Cesar salads and received garden salads instead. I told the waitress that wasn't what we ordered, she said she'd get me what I had ordered. A few minutes later the manager comes takes a look at my salad and confirms I received the wrong salad and will bring me my Caesar salad as I'm finishing my dinner the waitress returns and ask that my salad I said I never received it and could she just take it off our bill and she agreed to it after we paid our bill never once did the manager come up to say sorry but to acknowledge the fact that they had forgotten about my salad. The waitress was very good at her job very friendly the only thing is the manager was very unprofessional.

Really good pizza, service was ok but people were good, good with kids. They have in and outside seating. Parking can be tight in this area. They have some nice seafood options also with their pasta. Gluten free is available for pizza. Impressed with their options for kids menu.

Steak and additional fries are good. Parking can be found nearby. However, the service for our table is not good (i.e. being ignored for long time, and no filled-up water till the end of meal). Thus, I cannot give more stars.

This may be a controversial rating: it is based on value rather than absolute quality.

We ordered a couple of pizzas, a salad (main) and a couple of lemonades. I recall a bill for around 90 bucks all in (including 'optional' service charges, tax etc).

I felt that was pretty steep. Better value is on offer in Willow Glen.

Service and food quality were fine, but I'd rather sit outside on Lincoln than Willow.

Received an undercooked pizza that was edible I guess. The toppings were just slapped on in the very center; something I'd expect from a bowling alley. We gave them the chance to correct it. They merely said sorry and they'll "get on their cooks". In short, it was a bad enough experience to become a non-returning customer.

Didn't try their pizza; probably a mistake. The the dough looks like regular pizza ( not thin crust). Topping didn't look too full. I had a salad with extra chicken. It was competent. Difficult parking. Go early.

Amazing Ambiance, Excellent Pizza

Amazing Ambiance, Excellent Pizza

When I think gourmet pizza, I think Willow Street. My wife and I have visited Willow Street Pizza dozens of times over the last 7 years, and I have been many more times in the last 17.

It's possible to find pizza on Google Maps, but for the ambiance, flavors, and selection, it's very tough to find an equal to Willow Street. Most recently I had the breakfast pizza and there is no part of it that I would even consider discarding. Normally, I only eat pizza crust with a dipping sauce, but Willow Street is good enough that it doesn't need it.

The service here is excellent, I've always had friendly, kind, and prompt servers who do not hover.

A new parking garage has been built next to Willow Street, but you may still be hard pressed to find a space due to the popularity of the area. But it is still worth the wait.

Great tasting pizza. I definitely prefer the regular crust over the thin crust. My favorite is the Four cheese. The Funghi is good, but avoid it if you don't like that earthy mushroom flavor. Make sure to take the honey wheat bread offered to you, it's more carbs but it's worth it. The pasta dishes are just so/so.

They've recently expanded to include a bar section with cocktails that I've been meaning to try and parking is much easier with the new garage. I wish they delivered, but they compensate by offering their pizza cheaper for takeout.
