This is the most unprofessional business I have dealt. My initial call to them was good in that they answered the phone and had explained that certain issues were a priority with them and task for them first. They had initially told me they would get to my house that day or the next. No problem except for that day they never showed up or called to let me know their timing. The next day I had to keep calling them to find out when they would be showing up. When Gary showed he said it was the fan and depending on whether the item was in stock or not when he would be able to return to install and repair. The woman in the office has been rude and Gary lack of follow thru. Now the job has been completed they do not accept credit cards and being from out of town as an owner taking care of a need for our renter which was a problem for them as well I sent them a check. Even with them knowing the date the the check was sent and should be received they have called repeatedly to myself and my renters. Never will do business again with this unreliable team!

I literally just got off the phone with the woman who answers and asked if it was alright if i brought my microwave in today. She immediately said "well... i guess you could. I mean he has 2 back there right now.. but i guess you could stack it on something."

Listen, if you don't want business then block all calls until you can handle having another work order. She didn't even give me a chance to say i'm not in a hurry. Work on your people skills lady.

Do not call this guy for help. His office assistant, Gamima, is incredible. However, Gary, the owner of this one man show is extremely rude, does not know how to deal with customers, and smells like cigarettes and alcohol. Save yourself the aggravation by listening to the reviews and calling someone better.

How do I give zero stars? Total scam and rip off! All he wants is to collect the $85 service call and NOT even attempt to fix your problem.

I have a front load washer. It was banging around like it s off balance all the time. I called and described the problem. I was told it would be an $85 service call but the $85 would go towards the repair. As soon as Gary gets to my house he says since it s a front load washer it s probably not worth fixing. He opens the top and looks inside and closes it back up. Didn t check anything out. Just said the bearings are shot and the shocks are bad. Told me it would cost $600 to fix. Not happy to hear that I figure it s less than replacing it so I said OK fix it . Then he says he refuses to do the repair because it s just too much work to fix front loaders and not worth his time.
IF HE KNEW HE WASN T GOING TO DO THE WORK THEN HE SHOULDN T HAVE COME OUT AT ALL!!! He charged me $85 for the service call and left. Spent no more than 20-30 min from the time he arrived to the time he left!!!

Now here s the best part! I ended up going on YouTube and figured out how to take it apart. It wasn t the bearing or the shocks. There s a cement weight on top and bottom around the front of the tub. The bottom weight was loose and hanging off on one side. I secured it back on the tub and it works like new. Took me no more than an hour start to finish including finding the video.

I have dealt with Gary for around 20 years. For a one-man shop, he has always gotten to me quickly. His prices are much lower than the national companies, and he stands behind his work.

Gary came highly recommended by my daughter who helps me manage my rental properties. I had to wait a lengthy time after the problem was diagnosed for just changing out the fan. It took him 2 Days to complete. My fridge is now running but UNFORTUNATELY I found Gary to be UNPROFESSIONAL and INSULTING. After he diagnosed the problem, we discussed my options and I decided to go ahead and get my fridge repaired rather than buy a new one. The NEXT DAY he called and rather than inform me he was FINALLY on his way he called to tell me to MAKE SURE I had the money before he does any work!-----EXCUSE ME?! HOW INSULTING! Who okays work to be done and DOESN'T have the money? On top of that he had the nerve when he already told me he would be by in the morning, but came late in the afternoon holding up my entire day. Also, my daughter told them BEFORE he even came over that I would be paying with a CHECK. Little does he know he has actually done work on one out of my 3 rental properties (that I FULLY OWN by the way) but only dealt with my daughter. And he expects to get paid before he even does the work because be thought I was poor. Slow, inconvenient, insulting bad customer service isn't worth it to me. WILL NOT BE HIRING HIM AGAIN!

Gary is a fair guy, a compressor relay on my fridge broke and the part I needed came in a package of three. Instead of charging me for the whole package he only charge me for that one relay that I needed for a very reasonable price. Instead of shelling out $80 for things I didn't need.
