Gary came highly recommended by my daughter who helps me manage my rental properties. I had to wait a lengthy time after the problem was diagnosed for just changing out the fan. It took him 2 Days to complete. My fridge is now running but UNFORTUNATELY I found Gary to be UNPROFESSIONAL and INSULTING. After he diagnosed the problem, we discussed my options and I decided to go ahead and get my fridge repaired rather than buy a new one. The NEXT DAY he called and rather than inform me he was FINALLY on his way he called to tell me to MAKE SURE I had the money before he does any work!-----EXCUSE ME?! HOW INSULTING! Who okays work to be done and DOESN'T have the money? On top of that he had the nerve when he already told me he would be by in the morning, but came late in the afternoon holding up my entire day. Also, my daughter told them BEFORE he even came over that I would be paying with a CHECK. Little does he know he has actually done work on one out of my 3 rental properties (that I FULLY OWN by the way) but only dealt with my daughter. And he expects to get paid before he even does the work because be thought I was poor. Slow, inconvenient, insulting bad customer service isn't worth it to me. WILL NOT BE HIRING HIM AGAIN!
