We bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade and our Salesman Rodney Payne was so wonderful! I fully expected every car dealer game in the book to be played on us but it turned out to be an amazingly painless experience and Rodney was personable as well as professional! You could see the real personality behind the professional role he holds and he was ready and willing to answer all our questions and go the extra mile for us! Very sincerely thankful for this refreshing experience!!

I had the best experience from the first time I called to reserve the truck, to my sales person Clark, and the finance guy, sorry don t remember his name. I drove 3 1/2 hrs to get my new truck and they had everything ready and the transaction went flawlessly! Thanks again.

This was my first car buying experience without my husband, and it was so much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially my salesman Charlie ! Charlie is so polite, and always has a smile on his face, even while out in 102 degree heat helping me clean out my trade in and moving my kids booster seats to the new car. I have never met such a polite young man. If more people were like him, the world would be a much better place ! Thank you Charlie and Gary Crossley Ford !

Very happy with my out of state purchase. Fleet sales staff knowledge of the vehicle (Transit) and its available options as well as competitive pricing made this dealership stand out. Staff curtesy was exceptional and an airport pickup was appreciated and above and beyond what I except from a car dealer. Regarding paperwork and titling there were some delays with getting the MSO and paperwork typos (date) that fortunately my local county clerk accepted. If only CO Ford dealers were so friendly and accommodating but maybe that's just MO.
