This was my first car buying experience without my husband, and it was so much easier than I thought it would be. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially my salesman Charlie ! Charlie is so polite, and always has a smile on his face, even while out in 102 degree heat helping me clean out my trade in and moving my kids booster seats to the new car. I have never met such a polite young man. If more people were like him, the world would be a much better place ! Thank you Charlie and Gary Crossley Ford !
