Excellent cars, horrible after sales service. They have increased car service charges by almost 2x this July, parts always have long waiting times, no replacement cars for servicing... and poor responsiveness by their customer service reps. No wonder that most other mercedes car owners have advised me to look at other garages that specialize in german cars - like munich motor works or Silber Arrows

This is a certificated pre owned cars from Gergash located in AlAweer area
It opens from Saturday to Thursday to correct Google map timing
The sales manager EHAB is professional and helpful as well as cooperative in my experience.
I bought a pre owned E class from here with fair price however-if they only had a branch in Abudhabi could save me time going and coming for nonsenses paper workers which cause considerable delay .. etc

One con :
Was that i got the car not cleaned properly interiorly , we addressed our concerns to Ehab and he was happy to follow up with the cleaner boy to fix the mess and re polish what was lifted obviously uncleaned (bit annoyed us)

Would highly recommend coming her for used fancy car from Mercedes
