Excellent cars, horrible after sales service

Excellent cars, horrible after sales service. They have increased car service charges by almost 2x this July, parts always have long waiting times, no replacement cars for servicing... and poor responsiveness by their customer service reps. No wonder that most other mercedes car owners have advised me to look at other garages that specialize in german cars - like munich motor works or Silber Arrows
