Top top top top place to visit. Amazing... And don't worry about it being hot... Its not , the air temperature in both building is cool . Yes now we know the rain forest is actually not hot !!! If you only have time to visit one place in Singapore you must go here.. amazing, you can see what man can build... stunning truly stunning.
A very good place to visit in Singapore. Is totally different view from day and night. At night there will have a light show named Garden Rhapsody. It have 2 show at every evening.
A very big garden, very hot when you came here in the afternoon. You can pay for the shuttle that will bring you to the domes. The domes are beautiful and fully air conditioned. When I came here there is a festival near the OCBC Skyway so it s very crowded. But overall, I love visiting this place!
Amazing gardens and a must visit scene if in singapore, as one of the best landmarks. The gardens are free, you just pay the entry fees for the special houses, Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest.
We enjoyed our visit and we spent almost 3 hours strolling in these beautiful man made gardens. We also experienced a wonderful time in the evening by watching the light show on the artificial trees, although it was crowded and an advice to go early to book a good spot.
Very photographic, plenty of instagram hubbies taking photos for their partners. To go to the plant-quarium and also the walk on the trees you have to pay for tickets at $28. In my opinion, There are plenty of photo opportunities already without having to pay for the ticket! We had heaps of fun walking around and just enjoying the gardens by the bay.
The place is a must visit but it comes to life only at the night. Single most important suggestion - follow the sign posts at the garden. Don't follow Google maps. It will take you through a very long route.
Try coming from the Marina shopping center side and get the view from the top for free.
Best place to visit in Singapore, I can literally spend entire day here. It has two domes cloud some and flower some. Cloud dome is better so visit flower dome first. Also don't miss the light show at Supertree grove in the evening.
We visited Gardens by the Bay, and the Cloud Forest. It was a very nice experience, unfortunately we just missed a guided tour in English but made our way around with no problem. Interesting plants, flowers and shrubs with some beautiful art work - birds etc., made from what looked like drift wood. I would definitely recommend a visit.
An amazing day out. Lived the Cloud Forest but the Floral Fantasy's flight of the Dragonfly was fun as was the #FutureTogether tea experience with animated tea to drink. Loves the free shows too. Lots to do and see. Well worth the visit
Favorite place in Singapore! It's free to look at and just incredible! You can pay $8 Singapore dollars to go up and they have a free light show everyday at 7:45pm and 8:45pm! It's incredible!
Superb place. Each evening/night you can enjoy a spectacular light show at the Supertree Grove (free entrance). Bring some picnic and do as the locals. Here you can do lots of activity in the Gardens by the bay in Singapore as well as the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome from my own experience.
Serene place to spend an evening, awesome structures with great lighting. Get to here with metro or bus. Great cleanliness, you could see some otters while you walk down the lane, great spots for photos.
The most majestic place I have ever been to in my life. I was pinching myself the entire time I was there. Gardens by the Bay should be on everyone's top 10 list of places to visit.
It's still a great place to visit even after having done so many times with family, friends, colleagues and now with kids. Currently decked out in Christmas ornaments. Lovely!
One word: Breathtaking. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous, and sort of like a sanctuary in the middle of a concrete jungle. And a little tip: don't bother paying for the extra attractions, the gardens are enough without it.
Amazing place and a must see location in Singapore. Definitely visit the light show at night. Entrance is free but you can pay for access to elevated platforms for the light show if you wish.
The area is quite an espace and in the Singapore heat and humidity, you do need to be fairly fit to experience it all. The gardens are quite incredible and the architectural desings of the "trees" and canopy walks are just amazing. This is definitely a must see in Singapore. These are all free unless you wish to walk the canopy, at the tree top level or explore certain domes. The choice is yours. We did a mixture of the two. A great day and time well spent.
Seriously, it s amazing there. I have too much to say about this place.
Everything is good there!
Small tips:
1. if you are flying with Singapore Airlines, remember to bring your boarding pass because there s a 10% off Conservatories admission (includes Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).
2. Remember to have a stamp on your hand at the exit before you leave any of the gardens since the stamp is ticket allows you to renter.
This is a must visit place in Singapore. Went to the gardens by the bay last year and this has to be one of the best places me and my wife visited. The light show was out of this world. There is a really nice food court that has a wide range of cuisines.
Wonderful place to be here, thus making Singapore as the garden city. Don't forget to visit air-conditioned Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, a very nice waterfall surrounding the plants and splendid flowers inside. And see yourself the magnificent Supertree Grove within the Gardens.
Nice place to come at night. They change the pattern of lighting and songs every once a while, so this is a place I did not mind coming more than once.
Man-made garden. Stunningly amazing and very well thought decoration. They have a laser shower with music at night, please do check it out. Also, the skywalk or link bridge can start from the shopping complex or else look for elevator outside the shopping mall to get to that level.
Its a very nice place to go outside from your home where you can spend a lots of time with your family and friends. This place is totally neat and clean and fulfilled with green environment. Very nice place to visit fir explore your knowledge
This is one of the best attractions I have been too not only in Singapore but in the world! Was an amazing day out inside the domes is lovely and air conditioned maybe actually you might need a jacket it s quite chilly! Wondering the gardens is nice but can be quite hot!
The tree light show was worth the wait.
Would highly recommend this place for couples, families or solo travellers! A great day had by all
Gardens by the Bay is a lifetime floral experience and a wonder in itself. These are indoor flowers gardens and really beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Various types of colorful flowers grace this place and the plants and trees are categorized as per their continents. Different areas ate well marked and artistically designed to give the visitors a brilliant feel of heaven. Many types of cartoons and characters are made out of props and floral plants and are amazing to attract little visitors as well as photo ops for adults too. Super Tree grove is a grand wonder especially in the night. This whole area is a really fun place and a must visit in Singapore. Thank you!
My family always have good experiences at GBTB. Great environments for families, and there are things for everyone, whether seniors like my parents, my children or even myself...just to enjoy the great scenery while strolling/jogging within the garden or along the river, having (almost) authentic singapore food at SBTB, marvelling at the 2 domes, or just enjoying the various events held there during festive seasons. My children also enjoys playing at the children's garden. The experience was even better during its re-opening after circuit breaker, where the crowds were sparse. My family was able to enjoy and appreciate the exhibits at flower dome much more than usual during the FOG's special preview period. GBTB's management could consider having such crowd control measure permanently in the long run.
Definitely worthy of at least a 3/4 day visit. Visit the Domes when the sun is at its hottest, and end up at the Children's adventure and water play area at the end if you are visiting with kids.
The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park spanning 101 hectares (250 acres) in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (in Marina South), Bay East Garden (in Marina East) and Bay Central Garden (in Downtown Core and Kallang). The largest of the gardens is the Bay South Garden at 54 hectares (130 acres) designed by Grant Associates. Its Flower Dome is the largest glass greenhouse in the world.
Cloud forest and flower dome is very nice concept and good to see. Remember you need to walk a lot, hence take your water bottle (refilling taps are available everywhere), wear proper shoe. All the rest rooms are very clean and hygiene in Singapore. AVOID WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Must to visit this place, it s wonderful architecture and structures, the garden is so beautiful, specially when you walked between these massive trees. Very touristic place we lot of things to do and explore, I walked in different gardens and green area, very friendly people, local restaurants and cafes. Extremely clean and playground for kids.
How anyone could walk out of this magnificent creation and not be amazed is beyond me. It's absolutely incredible. You get to explore three astounding waterfront gardens with plant species from 5 different continents over 250 acres. There are plants so rare you have to travel to specific parts of third world countries if you ever want to catch a glimpse - unless you're here.
You can see the ginormous conservatories from MBS and the freeway. If you didn't know you'd think they were large offices or rather unique apartments because Singapore is all about unique. The real gem of it all are the Bay South Gardens, comprised of two conservatories: the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
The Flower Dome was absolutely amazing, beautiful and striking in every way. The colors of the rainbow splash throughout the entire dome. It's almost overwhelming how many plants are being grown here. I believe there are 8 different gardens featured here, my personal favorite being the Succulents. The Cloud Forest was just as impressive. The ginormous Cloud Mountains stands at 138 feet, and it's just spectacular to admire. You have to take a picture by the waterfall to complete the experience, and walk to the top of the mountain!
Lastly I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the Supergrove trees, especially at night.
Every evening there is a light show for the Gardens by the Bay that is definitely worth watching. You can see the light show from the famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel Balcony either paying $20 for a cover charge or simply buying a drink.
There is a lot to explore but my favorite part of the garden was what a call the bio dome of plants. Essentially within a controlled sheltered environment nearly flora represented from every country was flourishing! Further, on the hot day the bio dome was actually cold! The engineering of the bio dome allows for cool air not manufactured by some giant A/C! Pretty darn green friendly...
This is destination is a must but be prepared it gets hot in the day. There are so many places to take a date here as well...oh if only...nice....
The entire park is an absolute gem. I truly believe this is one of the most beautiful, if not the most, creations by man. The design, the work, the brain behind the concept is an intricate example of visions of grandeur accomplished. It is a must visit for tourists in Singapore!!!
A very beautiful place, free to walk around. We went there in the morning, there were alot of morning joggers and dog walkers. I enjoy the view. Too bad we didn't go in for the dome, those require entrance fee.
I love this place. Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Very nice garden. Flower Dome has African Garden, Indian Garden, California Garden and etc. More Tree top Observation view and tree walk also fine.
It's magical at night. Almost no one in the park, you feel as if you have this huge park just for yourself to wonder around and discover! Very nice during the day too, but it's really hot!
It s nice to walk around the gardens. There s a light show at night too. A lot of tourist and crowd during weekend though so getting home was quite a trouble and had to squeeze while watching the light show. Have to walk quite a distance from Marina Bay Sands too. It was quite tiring, be prepared to spend the whole day to explore the area.
Really impressive attractions and definitely worth checking out. I wandered around for at least a couple hours taking in the exhibits. And if it s open, take a walk along the skyway for a fantastic view!
Amazing experience! No video, no photo can do justice to what enthrals you live. A beautifully crafted garden with marvelously curated subsections. The light show, that takes place at 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM is a must-watch. Man, am I loving Singapore or what!
Always happy to go back, especially since it's free, other than a couple of attractions that require a ticket. A nice stroll along the river, can even spot some wildlife.
Awesome. Green effort of nature preservation. The domes are astonishing as well as the way every plant and flower are presented and cared. Walking through the skywalk is a must.
Awesome... U will get to c almost all types of plants n flowers.. U need minimum 3 to 4 hr to complete both doms.. One is cloud forest and second is flower doms.
Will definitely book again our next travel thru Garden. ??.Absolutely love this place. It's so clean and beautiful to walk around. I check it out every time I visit Singapore. They had some amazing dinosaur sculptures there one and the kids loved it. At night it is stunning lit up. Such a great day/night there and I highly recommend you check it out at least once!
This is the best that one can get when a Singapore. Nature and human architecture at their best, mixed into a surrealistic garden, built of metal and wood, but also of real trees, shrubs and grass. Best experienced if visited during the day, to see it alive, and during the night, at the sound and light show. Too hot during noon, at least in March when we visited, but every second spent in garden worth it. did not take the tree walk, but will do if I have a second change to visit Singapore !
One of the best tourist spot all over the world. You have so many things to do and everything is just breath taking...try not to miss the musical light show at night
Lovely spot, relaxing walk (after catching the transport over to the main garden entrance)
It was quite busy during the light shows, We found that going upstairs to the garden bed and looking back toward the supertrees was the best view point. There is a small clearing that was uncrowded and gave an awesome view.
Reminds one of what is at stake in our fight against climate change. The delicate ecosystems on display here are rapidly vanishing across the globe. The cloud forest dome offers an aerial view of the enclosure surrounded by mist.
Visiting the gardens including the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest is the best thing we've done in Singapore. It was both enjoyable and educational. Also, the Dome and Forest were maintained at a very comfortable temperature; not like typical greenhouses. We spent about 4 hours there in all.
My wife and I had a long layover in Singapore, we decided to visit the Gardens by the bay. As you walk into the garden you are welcomed by the beautiful waterfall that is the first photo opportunity of this beautiful location. The garden is very well thought out, easy to walk through and is setup to make sure you don t miss any of the displays. We were lucky enough to go on a decent temperature day, so it was perfect to walk around and enjoy the exhibit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Singapore.
Amazing experience come here with an umbrella and plenty of time(atleast 3hrs). There will be a lot of walking so please wear comfortable shoes. The flower dome and cloud dome are amazing.
Breathtaking no matter how many times you visit. Cloud Forest is closed to the public currently due to Covid-19 measures, but Flower Dome is still open! Wonderful flowers and succulents, very comfortable as well due to the cool temperatures in the dome.
If you're someone who is a modern day nature lover, this is a great place to start with. Great facilities and so many things to see there, especially if you come at the right season. They have a total of 6-7 festive seasons in one year. So do your research while you can before coming.
Amazing place. Big gardens with several greenhouses and a huge variety of plants and different habitats. The light show by the end of the day it s a must. Don t loose it if you are visiting Singapore
It is beautiful! And specially visited during Christmas so paid some ticket charge too. And could experience a little more activities..snowfall thing could be a little better though. Visit at night
One of the iconic structure and a main tourist attraction in Singapore. Light show starts around 7:30 pm and it's FOC. Food outlets(only 1 indian) are available with slightly high priced. But everything was shutdown during covid-pandemic.
Beautiful, amazing, educational. An incredible place to spend the entire day. The entry prices are reasonable and many of the restaurants and cafes inside will grant discounts if you have purchased tickets.
We had a fantastic day here the place is beautiful! We didn't go into any of the domes but enjoyed walking around and the light show in the evenings is fantastic. I would recommend taking plenty of water as drinks are fairly expensive there.
A great place when lush green trees all around, though most of the Singapore is a Garden, the thing that separates this from other places is the wide variety of flora available to see at each places for ex- at Cloud Forest - You can see plants like Venus flytrap, Pitcher plant etc. At Flower Dome - You can see the entire family of roses any many amazing wood/metal( I guess most of them are wood) scultptures.
One of the popular tourist attraction. Make sure you visit at dusk to enjoy the sunset and also the light & sound show which starts at 7.30pm. Try to secure a nice spot to watch the show before it starts. It's a little crowded.
Wonderful piece of creation by mankind, a man made wonder, brilliant engineering and decoration with professionally managed team. On top of it the lessons that is learned from this tour is meaningful should be practiced in our life to save the earth. A must visit place in your lifetime
Beautiful garden with two aircon indoor areas to escape the Singapore heat. Has different seasonal flower display in the flower dome that charges every couple of months. Next time to visit is in the late afternoon so there is still sunlight to see all the beautiful flowers, while also being able to see the lights up of the giant tower outside the flower dome as after the sunset.
I am surprised to see such a beautiful and man made park very close to nature ,so beautiful, must see, should visit in evening and must stay till night, means must look in day light as well as when drakness grow.i appreciate Singapore government.
Great experience. Marina Barrage is a must visit for a great glimpse of the Singapore skyline. Suitable place to workout or just take a stroll. If your new to Singapore. Take the opportunity to soak in the green and garden city which Singapore is modeled on. Conclude with a meal at Satay by the Bay.
Stunning, spectacular, every corner is picture worthy, cloud forest and flower dome are both amazing and you really don't want to miss this place at night as the light show is equally entertaining and enjoyable to watch
Amazing gardens with variety of interesting things going on from sculptures and art, kids play areas and amazing structures and the two domes. Spent 2 hours wandering the gardens before going into the domes which were different and relief from the heat with the air conditioning
Gardens of the Bay, it is very beautiful nature park. It has multiple attractions, Cloud Forest with large waterfall, Flower Dome with varieties of flowers from all over the world. Wear something comfortable, lots of walk to see the attractions. Shuttles are available with extra charges. Go during evening time so that you can see the Light and sound show.
