A good location for this store. It has several floors and everything is very well organized

The staff here wonderful great selection I'm definitely coming back. Everyone give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

Had a really bizarre experience tonight, so after several attempts and 15mins of waiting the cashier couldn't get the discount correct for my items. Another cashier volunteered to assist, asked me to bring my things to her counter. As I proceeded to gather my things she says oh sorry I can't, I have a customer. No one was there that I could see, the next person in line was behind me. I decided to leave, just too much work for a few things. Evening staff get it together! Where in the heck in the world was the manager??

20 minute wait in line, one cashier. At 12:20 on a Thursday. So dumb.

Love this place. Always have a sale. And my 35 inseam is starting to show up too.

OK Gap. Decent selection. I was surprised to find their contactless payment machine wasn t working properly. I attempted to pay with Apple Pay, it was processed on my end, but not on their machine. The cashier ended up having to cancel the transaction. I paid in cash instead.

It's a great store. But every time I got the boys department there is hardly anything. I am not sure if in this location there are a lot of kids/boy shoppers. But I can't never find what sizes or style I'm looking for .Besides that the store is well maintain, staff is super friendly and helpful. The rest of the department are well stock.

The employees here are always very helpful. I usually only go to return something I've ordered online (I hate in-person clothing shopping, though this store is always organized). They open at 8, which is so convenient because I can get this done before work.

Never enough cashiers at the registers, and the ones open are slow and with zoombie-like attitude .

I love coming to the Gap. I have a Gap credit card and because of that I get an additional 10
percent off. That is great!

Shopping for my wife before Christmas. Got the only silver-haired old white lady at checkout. Not to discriminate her based on her age, but her mannerism was awful. No greetings, asked me outright if I live in the United States and do you have social because I m of Asian descendant. I pay with debit card, is it really not obvious that I live here and not all Americans are white??? This is the second time I ve been to this Gap, and I never will walk in again.

I waited a long time on the line just to pay 2 pair of sandals and some face masks and there were just 2 costumers ahead of me , the cashiers were not so good today

My favorite Gap store in NY. It's by no means the biggest but it's always empty during the day and I don't think I've ever waited in line for the dressing room. Really great staff too and the whole lower level is the kids section.

This store has items I can t find online for my son. They don t necessarily have the same sale discount promotions as other stores but as a former employee for Gap, it s a pretty nice store. The lines are usually long at 8am, 1pm and 5pm. Any other time would be a good bet to shop. The fitting rooms are always on point and you can get your best one on one service from 8am-3pm.

I think this is the first time I've had a good experience at a gap. It's always ranged from bad to neutral. My pants got ripped on the butt and this was the closest affordable place I could go. Diamond was nice and knew where I should look for pants for my body. The store AND fitting room themselves were clean and neat. The cashier was nice as well. I wish I remembered her name.

Gap customer service help me return and order one size up for my daughter. Love this store. Amazing clearance options!

The store is a bit expensive compared to the same other stores from Gap.

Absolutely horrendous customer service here every time. If you want something from the Gap, I strongly recommend another location or shopping online.

Was my first time in this gap and it was a fabulous experience. They greet you so good make you want to shop even more. Everyone really helpful and Polite.

Had a gift card for online returns. Visited three gap stores and found nothing I liked. This seems like the flag ship store. Great selection of clearance in a variety of sizes. This is a big store with two floors near Grand Central.

This GAP store offers quality clothing at very attractive prices and a reward plan for loyal customers. The workers are available, helpful and always ready to assist and guide you in the store ...

Gap is Gap, of course. Always ok, never special or extravagant. If you don t like the style, you won t like this place. However, if you re shopping for basics or quite like Gap, this is where you want to shop. The store is less crowded than your average Gap store, it is clean, easy to navigate and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Happily recommended!

There is always something I like, need and at a good price.
