I always get my sons clothes here, especially when they have a sale. The store is easy to navigate.

I've never come here without having to wait 20 minutes on line. I'm on the line right now in fact, and it's moving at a dreadfully glacial pace. I suppose they get away with it, because I'm still going to buy this shirt. But I'm not a happy shopper, and I do hesitate to come here because of the wait.

Love Old Navy. Found way too many things that I like and the fit is great for me. So many cute pieces for Spring/Summer

Nice selection of clothing. Store overall was neat and clean. Checkout was quick. Spent more than I intended, but that is the whole idea for a retailer. I wish they would take credit card payments in store.

A little messy at times and they don't always have a great selection for me BUT I am always satisifed with the kids selection. It is always a great place especially with my coupons so my boys can get as messy as they want ! They need more staff at this location but they are always friendly. Don't use the bathroom.......

Lines are always long. Doesn t matter if it s a weekend, weekday, or evening. Only one or two cashiers open and line wraps all around. Expect at least a 30 minute wait...

Was in store today with my young grandchildren and a sales associate Emily was kind enough to help me pick out trendy things for them, help me find sizes and make suggestions that the girls just loved. So nice to find someone so helpful in the store.

Didn't have the pants anymore that my son wanted. Bummer !

Will never go there again my daughter is very self conscious about her weight and bought 2 pairs of Jean's among other things from the PLUS DEPT. THEY DID NOT RING UP CORRETLY TO WHAT THE SIGN SAID SO THE CASHIER GOT ON HER PHONE OR WALKIE TALKIE WHATEVER THEY USE SAID VERY LOUDLY ( THE LINE WAS LONG) IS THERE A SIGN FOR THESE PLUS SIZES JEANS SIZE 20 AT THAT POUNT MY DAUGHTER WALKED OUT VERY EMBARRASSED I BOUGHT THEM ANYWAY BECUASE SHE NEEDED THEM. BUT ITS A SHAME YOU HAVE STYLISH THING FOR HER AND THEY FIT PRETTY GOOD BUT I DONT THINK SHE WILL EVER GO BACK . OLD NAVY LAKE GROVE N Y

Fashionable clothes at a great price. Thee clothes are so inexpensive that they are essentially disposable the following year. Definitely recommend..

Just spent 14 minutes on the phone trying to find a dress in stock because the website read "limited" the staff was unable to communicate where to locate the correct set of numbers to read off from their own tag. When they finally figured out which set of numbers I needed to read, I did with some degree of difficulty (due to the practically microscopic print) more than once. The staff then figured it out and said I was reading the wrong numbers that's why they couldn't get it right. I'm usually a good communicator, so angrily I hung up before they could get back to the phone. I think old Navy needs to retrain their staff; this is not the first annoying experience I've had in this store..

Online prices are lower than in store I paid 24 dollars for a shirt in the store and got the same shirt online for $14 needless to say I check the prices online before I go shopping here they will match prices though, it's just inconvenient and a dishonest way to profit off of consumers who are unaware

There is always some form of discount offered. Parking is adequate. The store isn't always the tidiest, but relatively neat in comparison to other old Navy stores. The lines are almost always long and the cashiers are pleasant but not necessarily fast.

This place is a lot of cheap clothes especially for men women and children the pants and shorts are always on sale the quality is okay but sometimes you have to get your stuff replaced. The clothes are pretty basic nothing fantastic and I would recommend it
