Gandrs offers a great choice of outdoor clothing and equipment for hiking, mountaineering, cycling and other sports. It has a helpful staff, many of them outdoor enthusiasts. This store is located in an old manor with a large garden and a really nice outdoor climbing tower.

Great bike shop with very helpful & friendly staff. They supplied me with a cardboard bike box and advised me how to get me and my box to the airport. Shop looked extensive and well stocked. If you are in Riga and need bike repairs or advice (or a new bike!) i'd highly recommend these guys.
Booked two Dutch bikes online in advance. Arrived and the bikes were not there - so they tried to give us other bikes which didn t look the same quality at all, even without security locks. They didn t even apologise! Happy we didn t pay for it online, but chose to pay at the place, so could just cancel and leave..

Needed replacements for our tent poles - they suffered a bit due to a storm. No problem. Were in stock and staff helped a lot to find the right ones. Very well equipped store, and very competent staff - fluent in English. Obvious travel experience.
No matter the outdoors hobby Gandrs most likely has good quality stuff for it. A bit pricey, but has good seasonal discounts and client bonuses. Generally competent staff; if you're not advised well, ask to call a colleague.
