Everytime we come to Richmond, we always stay at omni hotel! We love how nice and friendly everyone is. The hotel is beautiful, and very clean! We especially love coming to the pool with our kids, they absolutely love it! My 4 year old daughter didn't want to leave. They are very kid friendly, and they provide these adorable little children's kits full of fun activities! I would definitely recommend staying here!
Nice hotel and a beautiful interior but can't really control the temperature in the room. We could not get our room cool and with no fan, we sweated all night.
Well appointment. It is refreshing to stay in a nice, traditional, posh Hotel. The new hotels seem to be cold non-inviting everything is smaller right angled, etc it was refreshing to stay in more of what I consider a classic classy hotel
I feel like I paid for decorations. I got a view of a parking lot. Otherwise a nice hotel. I just expected better for what I paid
we had an amazing view but room service is not good. We tipped them and when we got back to the hotel there was blood on the comforter, crumbs on the comforter and looked like a bloody burger on the comforter also!!! the bed was very tiny but comfortable, there s no microwave, no breakfast, and the parking fee was ridiculous. not what i was expecting a luxury hotel to be like.
I only spent one night at your Omni, but it was an enjoyable evening. The room was very nice and the whole hotel a an upscale appearance. I was celebrating a special occasion and was provided with a complimentary bottle of wine and two bottles of water. They are located downtown within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly.
Love the hospitality here. Tim was our bellhop and Kenny was my valet person. Very nice funny sincere personalities. The room is spacious and clean and the amenities here are great! I took some common area photos and photos of the room.
Hotel was beautiful and clean. And the gym is open. Was very happy about, as so many hotel gyms are still closed.
Decent hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was outdated, smelled weird, mini fridge did not work and was not stocked, used floss in the toilet and trash upon arrival, had to wait a while just to checkout (staff more people). Additionally, the room did NOT have free wifi which was shocking for the year 2021. How is this acceptable, especially during Covid? Overall, would not recommend staying here if you are in Richmond -- might have better luck at the Jefferson Hotel if you are looking for something a bit nicer.
Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways were quiet. One problem...there was some type of room freshener in behind the drawers. Since I would be there 5 days I put my clothes in the drawers. Now I am home and unpacked my clothes reek of that freshener. I have to wash everything that was in my suitcase.
