Just shopped at this Walmaet and had to remind not only several customers without face mask but 3 of their associates handling food. When I later reported it to a supervisor, she stated that they cannot force the clients to wear a face mask. As of today, sadly, over 330,000 Americans died due to Covid-19 and the largest Grocery store doesn't care!! This was my last time shopping there!

Subway in Wal-mart needs their staff be retrained on customer service. Not even a courtesy reply they give you when you greet then. Let along doing what you asked them for your paid food. Stone cold service standing inside a giant retail with great people. It's sad coz they drag the exemplary service of Wal-Mart staff.

The women who greets you at the door just looked at me and it wasn't a normal look it was a disgusting look, and to add on she didn't even greet me, but yet look at me in the face. Also when I was looking for my items another male worker came up and asked if I was shop lifting I felt disrespected and uncomfortable. I would like this to be noticed immediately.

This Walmart is not in the best location in town. Overall once you get inside it is like a regular super Walmart. Everything is strangely laid out but that is more personal preferences. My only qualm was that I just didn t feel safe at that this location. It wasn t well lit, and there was a lack of security at night.

Terrible service even for a Walmart. Half of the time the machines won't take the card on the first try and we've gotten RUDE remarks from staff. " you don't have enough money" is the one that stands out the most. Not only are they in no position comment on such things because of lack of knowledge, it's just plain unprofessional. I have low standards for Walmart already, but as of lately it's been a last resort to shop there. We have more of an " oh no, I guess we'll have to try Walmart" attitude.

Well my husband and I wanted to try the grocery pick up app today for the very first time to see what it was all about .Which was a big disappointment we order about 40 things and the time of the pick up was 5pm to 6pm we got there and did what was ask for us to do was notify them which we did we got a email saying that 9 items was at of stock like eggs, tomatoes and blueberries me and my husband decided to pull around the front and check the store cause it was hard to believe that they were out of eggs. So when we got in the store the first thing we went to was go to the eggs which they had several in stock then we went to the produce area then saw plenty of tomatoes and blueberries this is kinda of funny when we a notification saying they where out of stock and we went in and found everything but 1 item that we where short on. I did talk to the manager about this and she did call them up front which they never came up front. I did give them my phone number which I will follow up on i know that there is people that cannot come in the store do to the pandemic. So I recommend that if you do use that app to double check them cause they really might have the items you wanted but to lazy to look for it

There are so many things wrong with this store I'm not sure where to start. I quit shopping there a few years ago mainly because they were always out of whatever I needed! They simply do not keep the shelves stocked. In addition none of the electric shopping carts work most of the time. But there's more: store is not kept clean; the aisles are so dark it's like going into a cave; the personnel seems miserable IF you can actually locate someone which you probably can't. All in all a wretched shopping experience. Since my insurance requires me to get my prescriptions there I use the drive up. Thank goodness for that!

It's nice for the reason that in spite of the signs it's pretty truck-friendly but that's where the friendliness ends. From the door greeter to the in-store personnel, either they treat customers like they're a nuisance or else they outright accost them for stupid stuff like turning the wrong way down an aisle. Seriously, just chill the F out already! It's not like I expect profuse groveling but if I indeed need assistance don't make me regret asking a blue smock for it.

I have to say the Auto service department is probably the worst I have been to. The past and only two times I have used this department were for tires 2 on my car and 1 on my girlfriends car. Both times took 3 and 5 hours with mistakes on simple requests like putting the new tires with most tread in front. Im not even angry at this im just amazed that the service was this bad. no complaints for the rest of the store.
