Took good care of me and did great work on father's car and mine. They are friendly, they all work great together and management is on top of everything and makes you feel very comfortable and they seem to be very trustworthy. And before I picked up my car and my dad's they cleaned the inside and out on both vehicles without asking or I think it's just comes with part of the service it's a great place. I've used Galson's for several years for both body work and mechanical repairs. The job is always done right and they have my truck ready when they promise.

Do not take your auto here. Extremely untrustworthy. They charge for new parts & replace with used.

Galson's Team was amazing through the entire process. Ravi and Christina were very helpful, caring and courteous throughout and took the time to explain the damage, estimates, time frames and made sure to keep me up to date. The car looked brand new. Every single detail was carefully taken to make sure my car was immaculate. In today's world, you don't find too many businesses (and auto businesses) with good customer service and professionalism, but Galson's Team and Customer Service was awesome, extremely professional and exceptional customer service! I highly recommend!

I've been here a few times for oil changes. I typically hate auto places because they are filthy and you (as a girl who happens to not know or care about cars so long as hers runs smoothly) are treated like you're dumb or get a real creepy look from some of the guys. This shop isn't one of those shops from the moment I walk in I am greeted cheerfully. The lady and the men at the front are very welcoming and super respectful. The first time I went there I scheduled an appointment over the phone thinking it would take a really long time but it didn't, they seem to be on top of things. I don't know how it is for other services but for oil changes they are fabulous!

They are the WORST dont ever have your car towed here. They will take weeks and weeks to "fix" it and not even do it properly. They also messed up my A/C. You will regret it.

These people robbed me, lied about when my car would be done...2 weeks late...then "test drove my car" but when I pick up has no coolant! Worst place ever...i will not return, oh and I love how they like lying to your face

Roman was top notch!! He got me a replacement door for my Chevy Impala right away, for a good price, and in good shape!! He personally took care of me through out the process and gave me better suggestions and outcome then the other two cypress collision shops!

12900 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429 to get my motor mount fixed , then they suggested some immediate repaired to be fixed, They always care of customer safety , They suggested to change time-belt and on benefit of doubt they called Honda dealer and found that its is changed recently,They are most honest and friendly people ever seen in automobile repair. I will recommend this Galson Auto & Body.

I have always had a good experience at Galson Auto & Body. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and go beyond to be helpful. I brought my camper to them for safety inspection. The left rear signal blinker was not working. They tirelessly looked until problem was solved with no extra charge. God bless them.

Galson Auto has the best body shop technicians. They performed the work on time, and fixed my vehicle that was same or better than a factory finish.
I highly recommend them for any body damage repair on any vehicle.

Took my jeep by to see Ravi about some body work. Let me just say that he took care of me and also gave me some different options that I had not thought about to achieve the look I wanted for the jeep. Great person to work with and excellent customers service/price.

We are very lucky to have this business in the area. I've worked with Ravi for many years and he's never failed to go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His brother Roger is carrying on the tradition. They are very knowledgeable, professional and make you feel like family. Never a question about honesty and integrity, that's the foundation of their business. They come highly recommended.

Had a car worked on (accident). 2weeks out of the shop, the driver's side headlamp took on moisture causing the bulbs to burn out. Called Galson to get it redone and they're too busy, it's going to take a couple of days. Meanwhile, the insurance claim has been closed so I'm out of pocket for a rental. Not cool. 04/04/2019 Update - a year later - still dealing with moisture causing the bulbs to burn out. Took the car back to Galson to see if the work is warrantied - fast forward 3 days - no update from Galson. Rerated to 1 star.

My car was wrecked and I was referred here by a long time customer...let me just say I am extremely grateful for that recommendation! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE here. Trustworthy, clear communication, and top notch quality work. Very friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk too!
I was very stressed with a messy situation and a loooot of questions. Ravi WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting me through out the process, and he was very patient while addressing each and every one of my questions and concerns. I recently had the unfortunate luck of backing into a concrete post. So, I went to my "usual" place and found that they were no longer in business. Disappointed, I began my research for a new body shop. I was looking for a family owned operation that has been in business for a while. I had visited 3-4 shops in the area. My initial feeling was that these company's were good, but not great. Being a long time resident in the Cypress area I remembered there was a body shop on Cypress North Houston. I didn't remember the name, but I knew where it was. So, one day I showed up, with out and appointment, to receive an estimate. When I walked into the body shop office I was greeted by Ravi, the owner. I was not aware that he was the owner, but he proceeded with the casual greeting and information gathering. While assessing the damage Ravi explained in detail the repair process and what to expect; time lines, what needed to be repaired verses replaced and so on. I then asked how long they have be in business and he told me for 25 years. He told me that he grew up in the area and attended all the local schools. I noticed during my conversation with Ravi I felt at ease and reassured through out this initial process. We spoke for around 30-45 minutes. He gave me an estimate and said they would help walk me through the insurance claim process. I told him thank you and that I might be back on Monday to drop off my truck. After leaving I knew that I was going back on Monday.
Monday came around and I went to drop of my truck. This time I was greeted by the women behind the front desk. She was very nice and had someone attend to me with in minutes. After, filling out some paperwork and contacting the insurance agency I was introduced to Gena. Gena was going to be my contact through out the repair process. Gena was very nice and very informative. She too, went through the repair process again and said she would be in contact during the process. Gena was AWESOME during the process. She would let me know when they were getting ready to start the repair process. Gena then asked if she could send her updates via text message. I agreed and the updates continued. Now, the updates were not everyday, she would send them when necessary. She would also make a phone call when she felt it was necessary. I felt very confident with Galson, Gena and their services.
Gena let me know on Friday that my truck would be ready on Monday afternoon. Monday came and I was excited to pick up my truck. Driving a small rental for a little more than a week was not so fun. I got a call from Gena and she told me they were having a issue the the new bumper. She told me they would have to order a new one and that the truck would not be ready until Tuesday afternoon. I was a little disappointed, but understood. Gena then told me she had already contacted the car rental company and told them I would need the rental one more day. I thought, wow what great service.
I went to pick up my truck on Tuesday and I was told that they were still preparing my truck for delivery. Which meant they were washing it. Wow, when they pulled up my truck it looked like the detailed it. It was cleaner than when I brought it in. I think they might have cleaned the inside as well. I was very impressed. Gena then asked me to look at the repairs to see if I was satisfied. I looked at the damaged areas and found a few small areas where the paint was not a glossy as others. She went into the body shop and brought a gentleman out to look at these areas. He then fixed these area immediately to my satisfaction. Just needed a little buffing, no big deal. I thank them and headed home.
I know this is a long review but I have to acknowledge AWESOME service when I receive it. I want to thank Gena, Ravi and the entire Galson Auto & Body shop. You guys have made a life long customer. Galson is now my"usual" place to get body work, hopefully not to many, and mechanical work done. Thank you again Galson!

2 other shops failed to identify problem. John knew right away and got me back on the road. Big thanks .

I took my truck here the first time after having some major issues with it and they couldn't figure out the problem. He said take it back when it starts acting up again and when your check engine light comes back on. So I did exactly that. I had to drive it an hour back from Kingwood going under 30 to take it straight to the shop, telling them it is acting up again. They just let it sit and cool off so the symptoms stopped and the light (along with the code) went away. All in all it was there two weeks and they had no idea what the issue was, but I got to pay $60 anyways. When I tried to drive it off the lot to take it to Telge Automotive, it stalled out twice. We already had issues with their new diesel mechanic who will replace anything that isn't his favorite brand, but now I'm just not taking my business there again.

Definitely will use Galson Auto Body again! They got my Challenger in and out. Their Team from the shop to administration were very professional. The paint was matched perfect!!! They went above and beyond what I expected. Great work, thank you!

Best auto body shop in Houston, and IMO anywhere else I have lived in the USA and Canada. Auto shop has a great crew and they really listen to the customer and will provide an expert opinion with options, pros/cons and estimates. Great service all around.

Galson Auto provides excellent service! I had experiences with both the auto services department and the body shop, and I can say that I always very happy with my repairs! I am a car guy, so there are very few people I trust my car with in Houston, the Galson team is on that list!

Let me count the reasons I would NOT recommend them:
1. Claimed to have rental cars, did not provide one. I had to scramble late on a Saturday to get my own.
2. Claimed it would be done Mon, Tues at the latest. Had to call Wed am before being charged another days car rental, to find out it was done. "Didn't anyone call?"
3. Wanted to pick up the car after work, they would NOT stay open even a few minutes past 6 (had to be rude about it), so I had to ask a friend for a ride and we were both late to work the next day.
4. I don't know yet how the car runs. Just on pure inconvenience (poor customer service), I can not recommend them!

GO HERE FOR ANY AUTO REPAIR AND RESTORATION...My daughter had a fender bender and Galson Auto and Body did exactly what they said they would do. Fast turn around with excellent craftsmanship with excellent service. As long as we live here locally we will always use Galson. Auto and Body.

I have been coming here since they handled my 1st car accident. The whole entire team is friendly and they make sure they take care of your car and concerns. Whenever something goes wrong with my car this will be the place that I'll always take my car to. Ravi, Chris & John are the best!!!

Excellent Team to work with!
One of my friend suggested to visit them to fix by Blue Honda Accord. I was little skeptical as this place is quite far from my home, but gave them a try based on my friends advice. They took good care of my car, they worked with the insurance team to get a supplement approved from the other insurance company as they noticed minor scratches and fixed them all for me. My car looks like new now! They went ahead and replaced even the custom sticker lines done by the dealer to match with the other side. Thank you so much guys, my car has a face lift now! :)

5 Stars for Ravi & Gena at Galson Auto & Body! Got several quotes. Galson s price, workmanship, and turnaround was outstanding! Gena & Ravi, didn t make me call them.. I was in the loop the whole time. Most def use them again!

I have Galson Auto customer for the past 4 years since I moved to the north part of Houston. I can honestly say that I have never received the first class service any where as I have been treated at Galson Auto & Body. They have a excellent staff who make sure that everything is articulated to the customer without any hidden costs. They even go out of their way to recommend other options if the one they present doesn't fit your needs or means. Their technical know how and expertise saved me over a $1,000 dollars when I took my luxury vehicle to the dealer and they advise thousands of dollars worth of work and the Galson team of experts identified the changes were not necessary and advised changes which actually saved me money and improved the performance of my car! If you are in Houston and have a issue with your car it would be highly irresponsible of you not to go to Galso Auto!

Had my car towed here because driver sugested it. Noticed electrical damage (wiring harness ripped off from accident). I did not want Galson to work on it from the-get-go.
Driver drove me home. Signed his paperwork. And got a ride to work.

Called Galson and informed them that I need to have a tow truck pick my truck up and tow to a dealership. Was thown sales pitch to get my business. I was not interested. I wanted my truck to be towed to a dealership.

I was asked to come into Galson in order to sign there release form. I did that and drove back to work.

This is where my issue starts. Galson informs my insurance company that I have to pay nearly $800 in fees for administration, storage, tow...etc. I can understand 1 days storage and tow. But the rest of the fees should NEVER be almost $800! So my insurance never heared of a shop demanding such a high amount of money FOR NO SERVICE! The administration fee was $450 alone! Again for NO SERVICE.

Insurance wouldn't pay such a high price for nothing at all. And I couldn't cover the cost for nothing at all. So my truck had to sit till I got paid again.

Well, payday came 10 days later. I called my insurance company and asked to conference call into Galson. We were informed that the administration fee was cut in half and my insurance company agreed to pay it. The total including storage for 10 days came to nearly $1000! Again for NOTHING AT ALL!

Avoid this place like the Ebola Virus! They are cheats and swindlers.

I was quoted over $700 for a repair on my car at a local dealership! After being referred to Galson by a friend, I took my car in and not only received quick, same day service, but the work they did was less than half the cost of the original quote. Ravi, at Galson, was exceptional and provided great customer service as well. I will definitely be back for any other work needed and will recommend to friends & family!

I would like to comment on the critical review posted . Never would the head of the shop swear at a customer I know this because it was me who swore out of frustration. I was frustrated because our owner holds us to the highest of standards and professionalism and this day I wasnt meeting those standards. I have been reprimanded and put on notice if it ever happens again . I would like my actions to not be held against a shop I've worked at for over 13 years and been taken care of as well as everyone here and I'd like to apologize to any and everyone I offended by my actions ,my owner is a hardworking ,honest man who does his very best to run a professional shop in every way .

Wow! Amazing and fast service! I had a damaged trunk lid from somebody who backed into it. The other driver's insurance company and their mechanic totalled the car saying they wouldn't fix it. I took the money from the insurance company and had Ravi take a look at the damage in the morning and by late afternoon, SAME DAY, they had the part and it was finished. Everyone was professional from Kayla who initially met me and my son, all the way to Ravi who expedited the process to a very satisfied completion. I recommend these folks especially if you live in NW Houston.

I don't normally review businesses, but I'm going out of my way to tell people how fantastic Galson Auto & Body is. I've been taking my vehicles to Galson for 18 years now, and I will never take them anywhere else. In fact, a few years ago I was in a rush, so I took my car to another mainstream place that was next to my house for a quick oil change. They attempted to ream me for every dollar I had and I ended up taking my keys and leaving before they did anything. Galson is professional and they always tell me what I need, don't need, and could use but not necessary. They have always been transparent and I appreciate the integrity that they have while doing businesses. I drive out of my way (20 plus minutes) for simple oil changes and other auto work that could be done at other places closer, but I don't trust anyone other than Galson Auto. If you're looking for a good auto and body shop, they do it all, and they do it the best. Thanks Galson.

Horrible service and not helpful at all, requested estimates for over a week and no one was willing to help me and I had my mind made up before hand to give Galson my service because of previous business they were very good on.

Worth the trip to Cypress from Galleria. A good friend recommended the shop to me after I was in a minor accident. I loved that car and really wanted it to look great even after it was hit. I was so pleased with the work Galson Auto did on my car that tell any friend that has body work needs or even general automotive concerns to go see Ravi at Galson Auto and Body. I wish that I could rate the body shop higher than 5 stars!! They helped me out and provided guidance in how to deal with ACCC Insurance. A little back story is my wife was sideswiped by someone who is insured with ACCC, we put in a claim with them immediately. It took them 2 months to say that there client was at fault. I then was able to take my car to Galson and they took care of the rest in dealing with ACCC. I could not be happier with the work that they did! They have a great staff that's easy to work with and are very professional! I highly recommend them for any type of work that you need to have done on your vehicle.

I discovered Galson a couple years ago on a chance encounter after a car wreck and i was blown away by the hard work, efficiency and friendly nature of Ravi and his team. I had not found a auto/body shop that i felt was looking out for me before i found Galson. No better place in the area i guarantee it! They'll do everything they can to make sure you come back every time you need work done!

I can always count on Ravi at the body shop. Lowest price I've ever paid for a full synthetic oil change. These pics are the most recent job I had them do. Galson auto has worked on every car I've owned rather it be mechanical or body.

Brought truck in for tire sensor install. Took about 1.5 hours. Ms Kayla was very attentive & helpful. Offered and brought me 2nd cup of coffee & offered a breakfast taco. The crew was professional. As i was sitting there, customers came through. One customer had an issue, the crew apologized and made sure it was completed. I appreciated this. I can see why they have been in business for 17 years. Great place!

I have been bring my cars here for 20 years. I will not take them anywhere else! For both my auto and body needs. I highly recommend Galson any time someone asks me for a suggestion on an auto repair, or if they need body work done. Courteous, prompt, and professional should be their slogan.

I've been using Galson for the last 3 years on 4 cars. Most people when they want to do a chrome delete they to Vinyl Wraps. When I buy a vehicle it goes straight to Ravi at Galson Auto Body to have it professionally sanded and painted Gloss Black. I picked up this 2021 Tesla and it cam Matte Black and it had a bunch of black plastic which I'm not a fan off. I had Ravi's top painter Jonathan who is like Picaso with the paint brush. He sands down the plastics anywhere in the car and then paints it gloss black. The car turned out perfect. He did the Window Trims, Mirror, Wheel Well Trim, Side skirts, Rear lower bumper.
