Beautiful mall. The restaurant we went to, Cheesecake factory was great. We got seated quickly and enjoyed a lovely meal. The mall was busier then expected in certain areas, but were still able to maintain social distancing

My first time coming to the Galleria. Huge!! Definitely found some sales. I valet which was only 11$. They have comfortable seating throughout. Cinabon was awesome! I will be back!!

First time I ever went here and they STOLE MY TRUCK! From the dillards parking lot. It's in the ghetto part of houston If you ask me. Personally I don't care for the mall...

The Houston Galleria is one of my favorite places to go shopping with so many options and stores to choose from. So excited about Christian Louboutin coming in the fall to the Houston Galleria! :-)

Nice place for weekend outing / shopping. Kids will also enjoy as Galleria has a good indoor play area for children.

This mall is one of the biggest ones in Houston with the largest selection of food and stores.

Visited The Galleria Mall as a tourist during a 5 day stay in April 2019. I enjoyed the wide variety of mid- to high end shopping this mall offers. There also seemed to be many good dining options although I didn't eat here. The Ted Baker store was my personal favorite, but what do I know! Be sure to check out the huge ice rink. Don't hesitate to check this place out.

It's comfy to walk , shop, eat ... All around the stores every single retail associate trying there best to serve the customer as fast as they could .

I never usually go here that often because I live WAY too far from this mall. I live way across the other side of Houston, but when I do come here, it never disappoints me! Great mall for family and friends to shop and get together!

To me The Galleria is the best mall in the Houston Metro Area, usually parking isn t to bad depending on the time you get there.

It's getting a little better while be under construction the store are the same prices are a little more than Baybrook mall

Giant mall with many stores with include but are not limited to"H&M" "Gucci" "Forever 21" "Microsoft" and many more. There is a Ice rink in front of the food court and a bar inside of the Galleria Hotel with a wide selection of drinks. Would be better if they had a movie theater but it's good enough with out it.

Beatiful shopping centre with lots of luxury shops. Walkways crowded with people, shops are not. Entertainment, such as movie theatre and ice skating, available as well as big food court, restaurants and coffee corners. Free parking.

The mall is clean and filled with all your top brand stores. If you looking for high end goods, then this is the mall to go to.
There are a variety of restaurants and takeaway outlets within the mall. The mall is spacious and air-conditioned, keeping you cool on those hot texas summer days.

It's a mall. A place to buy things of pleasure or just to hang out. It's better than most because it has restaurants like shake shack our the cheese cake factory in it. Or just huge shops. It's fine.

Pretty crazy during high season but lots of shopping options and upscale restaurants. Pro tip: valet park by Sacks, Oceanaire or Nordstrom (depending what stores your visiting) to avoid the parking mess.

This place has every store imaginable. You will find any name brand you need here in the Galleria. Parking is a nightmare on the weekends, but this place is incredibly fun!

I would have to rate this as the best shopping in Texas and the south central US. A | X is one of my favorite stores at the galleria. You can also get your eyesight checked out at Signature Eyecare.

GREAT PLACE FOR DINING, SHOPPING, AND ENTERTAINMENT

There needs to be more restrooms. Huge, huge mall and what... 2 bathrooms? One thats on the 3rd floor and one in the food court.... ridiculous.

i absolutely love this place, very nice people, very well kept facilities. The guy at the Nestle cafe though... rude. i came back to houston jus tto go to this place again. will come back soon when i hit the lottery because this place was EXPENSIVE. should have a sign that says. only rich people are welcome. lol. was nice to window shop and see these great brands upclose.

This mall is massive! There are so many stores to visit (my personal favorite is hollister) they have a very diverse food court, so many stores, a haircut salon, an ice rink and so much more!

Great selection and nice atmosphere. Always construction inside and parking is difficult.

All the stores I need in one place. Fanciest mall in Houston. A great place to shop when you need a gift or something for yourself. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Make up stores you name it. Security is high. So pretty safe overall.

Best mall in the H! A variety of retailers sure to find one for you! Been renovated and updated pretty frequently. Multiple garages all around so parking isn't usually an issue. On westheimer so traffic can be bad during rush hour. Overall a great place to shop and hangout. Worth checking out.

Great food, great shops, easy parking, and easy access to highways.

There are so many stores a girl could get lost in the maze but never be upset because of the options of shopping. It had anything and everything. The food court was delicious and that made the experience even better. Had a pleasant time visiting.

Stores galore! You really need 2 days to be able to go through every single floor and browse. You may even run into sports athletes while shopping here during the day.

Everytime I come to Houston I go to this mall. It's the biggest and the atmosphere is nice.

Whatever you're looking for, you will find it. So many stores to choose from. Well secured, security guards on every floor walking around.

I would always run to galleria if I'd ever have to do my shopping. They have everything. From Macy's to zara. From a haircut to a decent clothing. I'm just not much of a fan of the architecture. Kinda complicated. This one time I had to literally go in and out following the map just to buy a certain brand of wristwatch. Food court is good too... though the options are limited. There should have been more restaurants or cafes.

The mall is nice and has all the main stores that I enjoy. Or enjoyed. Past tense. I usd to love going to the Galleria, but lately they have allowed several of the Dead Sea Salt cosmetics kiosks open up in several busy areas in the mall. Now, instead of enjoying walking through the mall, I have to anxiously try to avoid those overly aggressive salespeople from the Dead Sea Cosmetics kiosks. Additionally, the umbrella company that has all of these kiosks (all under a different name) has been actively investigated for fraud. It still is a BIG PROBLEM and they hire ONLY Israelis young students from Israel, which is not legal in the US. Regardless of the fraudulent practices of this company, THEY ARE A NUISANCE and going to the Galleria has become more of a nuisance because of them. IT ISN'T AN ENJOYABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
