As someone visiting from a small town, I can say that the Galleria was quite impressive! There were so many stores, and the inside is beautiful. The only problem I had with my experience was the not so beautiful bathrooms. They definitely seemed like they didn t belong inside this huge beautiful mall... but they got the job done. I d give it a 9/10!

The Galleria always has lots of overpriced stuff. Always super crowded and hard to find parking. Way too many people all the time. This mall is huge and confusing.
Great place to spend money and look at other people spending money. Ground floor is too busy, also yellow garage is more preferable than blue garage
I like to come here with my friends, the atmosphere is nice and there are a variety of shops, there is also a cinema.
This mall is great. The area and food around here will definitely make u feel rich. I pretend I'm a London boy looking for his lost puppy cinnamon.

I rarely go to the Galleria unless its to the Cheesecake Factory and to find something more specific to buy at one of the stores. Its such as huge Mall that you can get lost due to so many different areas. Lots of stores for just about anything you need to find. Parking isn't too bad there is plenty of it or if you want to spend $10 to $20 for Valet Parking at various entrances then that is also available. I always pay for Valet at the Cheesecake Factory since its super easy to go eat then shopping and just come back out and leave. If you get a great valet person they will also put all your packages in your car for you. Great for tourist new to Houston also.

Lovely mall with nice selection of stores and conveniently attached to the Westin hotel. Unfortunately, the aggressive kiosk people at the mall are worse than panhandlers on the street. On multiple occasions during my 5 day stay in Houston, I was followed, blocked, and touched by these kiosk folk. I need to cut through the mall at least twice a day for meetings in the other hotel so I've resorted to fake cell phone calls in hopes of avoiding their unwelcome, unpleasant sales pitches.

From basic to upscale shops. You can find whatever you need in this huge mall. There are many great restaurants. I would recommend Shake Shack that opened up recently for gourmet burgers. They are renovating and so it will be even more glamourous.
Reminds me of Somerset mall back home. All the high end stores.
Biggest mall in Houston. A lot of restaurants, includes an ice rink and all the retailers you can think of..
We try and come here every time. Has practically every thing you could possibly want.
I love the Galleria. A variety of stores and also ice skating year-round for the whole family.
Big Mall! Has a lot of variety of stores from high end to affordable fast fashion stores. Food court is HUGE and lots of choices for food. My favorite is Poke Fresh next to Nordstrom. (Best Spring Rolls).
I ve skating ring seems fun and pretty big.
I will say when it s full, catching an elevator to the 3rd floor is pretty tedious, especially if you re on the first floor, but other than that, it s pretty neat.
Parking can be a nightmare but it is an overall good place

It has a good balance of shops, decent food court however it always seems to have some roofs leaking, garbage cans everywhere when it rains and even entire sections closed.
The variety of High-End shopping is paramount. The selection is endless and something for everyones style

The mall is defiantly getting a much needed face lift. I am not a fan of how confusing the mall is set up nor the parking but the shops are worth it in my opinion. They have several other malls in the area do not have.

It's the Galleria, the only thing worse than the traffic is the parking. One of the few times I say just spend the money on valet parking.
Besides the skating rink the mall is filled with many upscale shops like Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more. There are also upscale restaurants but a food court as well for more common fare. Most of these stores will not be found it traditional malls.
It's a very big, beautiful mall with everything one could ever thing of doing-- games, movie, hotel stay, ice skating, boutique, foot wear store, restaurant, ice cream station, fast food, bakery... Just to mention a few.
Can't quite put my finger on it but the food court vibe is odd at times otherwise who could complain about a place that has everything
This place was AMAZING. Ive never been to a more amazing mall. The eatery was amzing and the ice skating rink was fun to watch while eating at a conveyor belt Japanese bar!

It has a lot of stuff and convenient for me to visit from work. Gets quite crowded during certain seasons, can be quite expensive, and I could do without the hagglers between store fronts peddling the latest infomercial junk. Cool ice skating rink though.
This mall was excellent! I did Black Friday in Houston for the first time ever. We spent 5 hours in this mall and still did not see the whole mall...It has such a variety of stores.....
A very very friendly advise from me do not go there if you don t have at least $1.000 in your packet I mean Minimum!

Quite the amazing little gem in houston, there is just so much to do here and while there isn't a huge selection of food here, the amount of shops and just the size of the whole mall makes for quite an adventure to explore around.
Did I mention the ice skating rink?! Also quite a fun addition.

Awesome mall, TONS of choices of stores and restaurants. You can get lost it is so big!!! I gave it 4 stars because parking sucks and it literally will take you 30 minutes to find a spot in one of the many parking decks. I took a photo of the location of the parking deck we were in so I wouldn't forget!! The Christmas decorations were beautiful.
