I hate parking car in that garage. Hard to find a parking.

Great stores And restaurants , difficult to get parking space especially weekends, you might have to pay for valley @$11

Great place to spend the day shopping. Lots of stores to shop at. Parking is not the best. You will have to wait around to find a decent parking spot.

You need a map just to figure out the parking. There are more kiosks vendors than a non tourist should ever endure. But it's a mall. You go to walk around, window shop, to see, to be seen. Maybe catch a deal. Level 2 has your higher end brands. Ice skating for the kids. I wish my name was Simon.

I really love this place it's large. There is always something to do here. Parking is free always try to get there a little early so you can park. Great place to shop. Food court is awesome.

I have been going to, shopping at and loving the Galleria shops for years. The reason why I give this location only 4 stars is because they are currently in another growing stage...which is good, except for traffic, parking, construction and the confusion that creates when you add masses of people. If there's a fashion your looking to add to your closet, you'll find it at the Galleria

I mean, it's a mall... traffic is annoying, but the food is great here.

Came here for Salata very nice stores but dont like the parking garages... Also alot of traffic due to contruction.

The mall is OK but not impressive, if you are coming from Middle East may be you will not find any charm in it. It has food court ice skating area rink lots of big brands.

Huge mall with all of your favorite stores. High and low end retail. Ice rink inside as well as a variety of restaurants. Great place for the family to hang out. I couldn't give it 5 stars because there should be better signage to show you which stores are near which parking areas.

Great place to go shopping, over 400 stores to shop at. Lots of high end brand stores as well as the usual stores. Could easily spend the whole day walking around in here.

Very inconsiderate , only has one exit open in the garage close to Nordstro, the other Exit is closed. Literally why would they do that....... I ve been stuck in the garage for almost an hour, there is a man supposedly directing traffic. Once we were almost at the exit the man made me go up and have to do down..... very disapoted. I ve spend more time in the garage than at the actual mall.

It's a large mall, more or less like any other large mall it has multiple floors, ceilings, walls, and even shops. You've probably seen something like it before and don't actually need to read this. But if you did, hooray for you, high five!

I'm not from this area, but I will come here again if I come back. The stores weren't really my kind of stores, but they looked very nice, they also have an ice skating rink, not many malls I've see have had those.

Love shopping and walking here. Great store selection and offers around the mall.

Love the Galleria I've been attending the skating rink and shops since I was a kid. I love the improvements and additions that have emerged over the years it's a great place to go shopping catch a meal or have an impromptu business lunch. From sneakers to jewelry, luxury handbags, Electronics and fancy soaps to a 5 star Hotel attached this mall has everything you need if you've never been or haven't been in awhile it's time you check out the Galleria

The best retail shopping, entertainment, food all in one place. Gorgeous place. Worth a visit.

There needs to be more visible security and handicap parking spaces. It is a little unnerving to not be able to park at the door and to have to walk around the lot, especially for handicap parking.

Simply Amazing, Anything and Everything, I mean Anything and Everything you could dream about, in your wildest dreams, We are definitely coming back and soon too,came from SA town on a shopping trip, bought a lot,spent a lot, but it was WELL Worth It!!!

It was pretty busy, tbh it was kinda hard to social distance but make sure you're wearing a mask and you'll have a blast!

People speak about how rich people crowd the Galleria and how expensive everything is but that's not true. The rich shop sale prices just like us middle class do. I bought a really nice Burberry looking backpack at Macy's for $27. It's a Steve Madden backpack. My first time shopping there and it was. AWESOME!!!!

Its pretty neat to see ! Very large and there is an ice skating rink in the middle of the mall.

This place is really lovely and lively. Every major shop you can imagine is there. It will literally blow your mind. It is situated at the heart of town but parking can be very tight sometimes.

Huge shopping mall in the heart of Houston. Shopping for clothing, electronics, games and so on. That's the place to be.

The biggest and best mall I ve been. You can not finish in one day!!! It has the best food court with tons of options. You can come just to look and not spend a dime but have a great day just window shopping or you can spend way to much money but still have a great day!!!

Love this mall, super clean, super awesome, tons of shops, tons of parking, tons of food, ice rink, tons of stuff, including super fancy hi end shops. Go here and you can find anything you want pretty much.

Dirty floors, children area is all, bath is old. About 6 stairs are no working and about 3 elevators out of service

I like this mall, lots of great brands and places to shop and spend some time with your family or friends. Lots of parking lots even though it might be crowded. Would like to see more kids areas and attractions. And more strollers please!

The worst T-mobile I have ever been too. The staff is so unhelpful I actually had to lodge a complaint against this store.

Large variety of stores, excellent spatial setting, clean. Walk with your credit card! Lots of luxury and top notch designer items available.

The Galleria? What is there to not like here? If you enjoy shopping, you have all the chain stores here, basic to upscale and everything between. Don't like shopping, you can just take a walk, browse, people-gaze. International visitors are here in Houston for medical care, and loved ones often have to stay in hotels for extended lengths of time. This is a good distraction from the stress and worry. They have an ice skating rink... wonderful to watch kids and adults in action. Just a few days ago I was walking past the rink and happened to see some fantastic twirls on the rink. I was informed this was the national champ, and it was a show free for all to watch. Galleria mall is one of Houston's major attractions.

everything, and I mean everything is drastically overpriced..The food court is ok at best, and although their retail staff are very pleasant, helpful and kind, they seem somewhat disinterested and burdened by any product related inquires you relay to them.

This place is huge. A full day of shopping for anything that you desire.

OMG I love this mall, it's so big has so many stores from regular to name brand. Seriously you can not go to this mall and not leave with nothing. Really over 300 stores and hotels.
