I think that they have nice stores but some are expensive.

We were here on Thanksgiving 2017, but the sales are not as good as last year. Beautiful mall to walk around...

Very nice shopping experience. First time visiting the Galleria (I am not from Houston) The store clerks and customers that I came in contact with were all very friendly.

So Many stores so little time so have plenty of time

Best place for shopping, getting a quick bite to eat at their awesome food court from pizzas to upscale dinning. Plus they have an indoor year round ice skating rink. Don't forget the make a bear factory as your younger and teen children will love this.

Shop, ice skate, eat, shop again, play games, restaurants, you could live in this place for a week and STILL have things left over to do!

Loved the mall and all the stores were awesome...grate food amazing shopping experience nice safe place only thing is its hard to find a parking spot in underground garages and there is always a crowd of people there so best to go on a weekday in the mornings. Lost to choose from to shop and eat from its very big so you won't get bored if your just browsing.

Very big could get lost. Iost where i parked my car. Security very prop with coming to help me find it.

Good selection of stores, not the best place to get in an out of by car.

This mall is not very customer friendly. Had to search all over to find a bathroom, which turns out to only be on the 3rd floor. There are very few places to sit and rest your feet. Hoaever, there were a lot if great stores!

Only the food court is for regular ppl. No one goes into the shops, which are for crazy rich Asians and Mexican ranchers

Parking during weekend and holiday is like hunger game.

Excellent place, although parking spaces are way to reduced for SUVs and large pick up trucks.

The prices are usually higher in almost all of the stores. Driving to this mall has always been a nightmare. Parking is horrible with so many cars to be parked in the basement.

Fancy shops and difficult parking. Always crowded. At least they have a teahouse here. Sometimes you'll spot celebrities at this mall. I've seen Shaq once! They have a Tesla showroom here if you're into that.

You will literally find anything you need at galleria. I love coming here to shop.

Amazing building poor GPS location poor view of stores hard time finding my store needed for delivery pick up. It took me to actually ask security to show me the place

Huge mall with shops ranging from Clair's and Sketcher's to Dolce and Gabbana or Omega. All of which have a "prime location, in the middle of a giant city" markup. Indoor ice rink is a great think for any age to experience at least once.

Has everything and more for apparel, shoes, jewelry and food.

Amazing the employees were very helpful with what I needed I will definitely come back to the Galleria Mall on my next trip to Houston

This is a place to come and see and get a ton of shopping in at the same time. Such a beautiful are full of hotel, restaurants, a wonderful mall, even stores that aren't a part of the mall are fantastic. Ice Skating is in the mall, Rainforest Cafe. These are just few things to do. Also don't forget to check out the Water Wall!

Really Good Sometimes Gets Packed But Alot Of Stores

I really enjoy shopping at the Galleria, but I dont like the way the workers at the makeup kiosks practically attack u as you walk by.

Truly enjoyed this place! The various levels seem to be based on income level shopping. It was nice browsing stores with $700 denim - not my level. The guys at @tiffanyandco were so cool in giving us a small #tiffanyandco bag with perfume samples. My daughter and I used it as leverage at the top stores :) Building memories with my daughter was the best at this place. She was happy!!!

Crowded and parking/traffic can be a pain. Very clean. Interactive maps inside the mall that are very helpful. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

Anything you want to do, from walking to ice skating through wasting and shopping. Centrally located and always crowded. Nice mall in my opinion.

Very safe to shop in the Galleria. We did som awesome Christmas shopping already before the crowd.

Galleria Houston has everything you think you need and then some. They've done an awesome job at selecting the cream of the crop not only in restaurants, but also stores. They recently increased the valet at saks from $6 to $11, not too happy about it but thats just the type of place it is. There is a lot of self park spaces, but you will have to walk a lot more to get to where you are going. Overall the galleria is awesome, just be ready to be around a LOT of people. It is a very busy place.

Love to shop here. Lots of shopping options when searching for a gift. Great restaurants, hotels, high quality merchandise and everything you could wish for can be found.

So much to do here, so many stores and places to eat. Food is from Cheesecake Factory's mine and my husband's favorite spot. To name a few stores they have Michael Kors, Sephora, BeBe, Oakley, H&M, MAC, Hollister, Macy's and sooo much more. Definately a place to spend the day.

Largest mall in Houston , you can find best brands, food and entertainment

Over priced multiple Brands all congealed together to offer many worldwide designers in one place. Merchants are luke warm if you are not immediately purchasing. Customer service is at a all time high at places like Nordstom and a low if you shop at H&M.

I only go top get my hair cut then eat a meal. Overall it's nice

It's an institution. Clean and people tend to be more behaved than at Deerbrook or other places.

The people shopping here think they're something special. Get over yourself, we know the government is paying for you to live. Don't spend it on shoes and clothes and get a job. Otherwise, the place is fine and clean.
