Would not recommend this company they are a joke installation guys aren't even certified

Luke was on time and professional. He did the ac tune up for summer and checked my entire system over. He made me aware of one issue it had. He gave me piece of mind and it was well worth the service fee. I would recommend them for all my family and friends.

Trevor was absolutely great. He came in introduced himself and got to work. He is very friendly and answered all questions. Steadily working the whole time. He went from one machine to the next checking and going through his process to get his information. All of the information received is then gone over with us. Everything was explained and asked if we had any questions.

Take a moment and look at the five star reviews posted for this place over the past few months. A lot of them are for this place only. Strange.

We have been using Gallagher's for the last 5 years and have been very happy with their services. Tom came out this time and was as all have been, professional, courteous, helpful and friendly service people. They always make sure we understand everything they've done and make sure we don't have any questions.

Gallagher's is a very reliable and respectful business, I was very pleased with the Ray, the associate, he was very professional and I would be happy to continue to do business with them again.

The office staff had some trouble coordinateing in the scheduling. The tech was awesome.

Today Armando installed our new tankless water heater and upon checking the water flow in the back bathroom he noticed the water wasn't draining properly in the sink. He examined the fixture, found the problem and graciously and enthusiastically fixed this additional problem. My husband and I are impressed with Armando's skill, thoroughness and conviviality.

I also want to write a review for Robert C. who came out several times to fix our old tankless. One cold friday night he was here late. Even though he wasn't feeling well he worked long and hard to fix multiple problems.
For some reason when I tried to post this review for Robert C. I kept being directed back to the review about Armando. I'm hoping this review about Robert gets recorded because he deserves recognition as well.

Always happy with Gallagher. People are knowledgeable, clean and hard working. They ve helped us out several times in the past.

Chris and several other friendly folk from Gallagher's arrived bright and early on St. Patrick's Day to replace our HVAC system and the water heater. Several hours later they masterfully completed the job, and when they left , these Irish eyes were smiling!

Any place that runs the same radio ad over and over and over and over every 5 minutes for a month deserves 1 star. Don't do that again.

Nate Long came out to help me with my water filtration system this morning. He showed me how to change the times for for my filtration, and to change how many days between the water filtering.
He also gave me some good tips and information about my system and our 'Well' water.
He was informative and not condescending to me as an older adult. I thank Nate for that.

They came and fixed the air-conditioning the same day. Luke was very kind and explained everything in detail of what was wrong. I'm very happy with their service so happy that now we're part of the Gallagher family

Paul and Robert were very nice and did a fabulous job with my new water heater. They kept the place very clean after they were done with the install. They both deserve more then five stars.

Tom was very prompt, courteous and efficient. He also explained everything very well.

Although we had to postpone the inspection once Scott was here within a few minutes of his ETA. He did a great job on the inspection took several pictures which I reviewed with him as he explained the situation. He was friendly and even let my dog lick his face.

I am currently awaiting a proposal for the fix. I will post another review which I will talk about the length of time to get it and what I believe is reasonable or unreasonable. Since I am working with a home warranty policy expedience is important to me.''He came back to inspect the heating system and found several issues. within a couple of weeks I should have all issued taken care of

Bob my estimator was punctual and took his time to completely inform me of not just my options but also of what I could expect during the installation. He was fully knowledgeable on the products, regulations and quoted me a great price. My experiance with Jeremy and his team during the installation was excellent. They showed up on time. They took care to protect my possesions as they were doing a very demanding second floor attic installation. They were knowledgable about all aspects of the installation and worked dilligently but carefully during the time they were at my house. I would highly recommend Gallagher's and Jeremy G. to anyone.

I called 4 times during the weekend and was told the technician would come each time. None came. If they didn't work on weekends they should have told me then instead of making me wait.
However, I have always thought the quality of work was good.

I have been a club member of Gallagher s for over 3 years. I m extremely happy with their service. They come out and tune up my system twice a year. They really go through the system to make sure it is running well!

Caesar arrived on time and got right to work. He checked our unit for any problems and replaced our filters. He showed me a photo of the blower motor and the dust on it. He suggest a complete cleaning, and that it could be done. I looked at the photo and decided to blow out the dust myself. He was very professional and we are pleased with this visit. Jason S. was nice and fast and my wife wanted to Kiss him because he was able to get the cold air back on in no time flat for us as we were melting like the witch in the Wizard of OZ

Jason showed up when we were told he would show up. He figured out the problem within minutes, and within another 10 minutes, he had our system running again. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable. Told us up front what we would expect to pay. Explained why our system broke down. Great guy!

Showed up o time, wore booties in the home, as well as masked at all times. Was pragmatic and honest about any proposed repairs and when they needed to be done. A++

not to "bad mouth" any employee-----but it seemed every time I had an "issue" I was sold another system or part, that was guaranteed to work---but didn't. When Armando arrived I was complaining about how I wish I had my Old system back because it gave me instant hot water at the far end of the house. He said I had the best system and it should work properly. I asked him to look at it-----he removed a timer of some sort that was set wrong (sold to me for some reason), corrected the timer on the water heater.....guess what-----got instant hot water at the far end of the house. I inquired of his boss's name and he said "Jessie". I suggest that Jessie make Armando a training officer .... went right to the problem and corrected it faster than the others could sell me a new part----I think Gallaghers could benefit by having more "Armando's" than salesmen----no offense, but I will call Armando (instead of you) if I have issues in the future-----even if I have to wait a few days to get him. Wonderful job, professional and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Very helpful after just coming in to tune up my heating and AC unit. Questions were answered regarding my new thermostat that was needing to be installed. I was also shown how to use the duct dampers up in the attic to allow more more efficient air flow. I was very impressed by the addition support that was offered.

Keith from Gallagher's Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning came out to give me some estimates on a tankless water heater and installing 2 new toilets . I have to say I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge of his craft. so after he explained everything and we talked for about 30 mins. I made the decision right then to proceed with the work. I fefelcomfortable enough to move forward because of the fact that he was not high pressure and that he was not in anyway arrogant. I will post more after all the work is completed . Rex.
Had guys out from Gallagher's today to fix a few issues I had after my tankless water heater installation. The were great and took care of all concerns. Very good people.

Our air conditioning went out. I made one phone call to Gallagher's plumbing they made an appointment with us for them to come out the next day. Very professional young men. Very pleased home owners.

Not reliable, been waiting on repairs to my dad's house for months. They installed an AC unit and forgot to plug a hole so our roof flooded and we have been waiting months for them to finish the repairs to the roof and walls. They also left a lot of material under the house. When they finish the repairs to damage they caused I may edit this review.

Had a plumbing problem after hours, Paul came to fix it for us, he was cheerful, very pleasant and did a great job. No one wants a plumbing problem but he took care of it in a timely manner and we sure enjoyed him and his cheerful ways.

I am a long time fan of Gallagher Heating and Air. The owner, Tim Gallagher, personifies every characteristic you want in an owner. He trains his employees to be effective ambassadors of the company. Once again today, the repair person, Cody Nadeau, was terrific, efficient, and honest. I have nothing but praise for his work today.

I, well, the previous owner of my home was done very, very wrong by the person who installed the furnace in 2012. This person is dangerous, and still in business...for now. I had my home warranty company call a number of places out who all told me the same thing...it was improperly installed. It was the WORST furnace job they had ever laid eyes on. While my husband and I were contemplating how we were going to pay for it, a little white car with Gallagher's and 1-800-FURNACE on the back drove past us. We took it as a sign, and my husband called. I am SOOO glad we made the decision to go with Gallagher's. They were very understanding of our need to have this job done legit, and the right way. They showed up on time, and were here until 7pm making sure it was all done right, I was shown pictures and video of the job done, and I took it upon myself to look afterward. It was AMAZING. Everything done proper. They were very courteous, and cleaned everything up, when they left it was like they hadn't even been here. It is never easy having small kids and big work to be done...with Gallagher's it didn't seem bad at all. We got our entire split system replaced, and financing is a possibility. I am so happy with our experience it is unreal. If you have HVAC needs, these people will treat you right.

Luke is awesome! I totally trust him. He is the only one I want to have work on my HVAC system.

Tom R was very professional and courteous and went right to work maintaining our heater system, took pictures on his phone and showed us some potential problems we might have in the future and we did choose to replace one of the parts. He never pushed us into doing anything, just showed us the problems. I like that. He can come back anytime to work on our heater/ac. Nice young man.

The above comments were from a previous service when my AC stopped working. Today I woke to water all over my bathroom floor. Gallagher's Plumbing came out in a few hours & replaced the seal beneath my toilet.

I belong to their club. I pay a monthly fee & they check my AC, heating & plumbing once a year, making 3 visits. If something needs fixing they give me a 20% discount. I really appreciate this. They're always knowledgeable & courteous. I'm so glad I belong to their club.

The technician was on time, courteous, helpful, and fixed our problem for the agreed-upon price. I would have them back again anytime.

My toilet bowl was leaking badly and I needed help. I called Gallagher's and they responded immediately. Paul E arrived and quickly took care of the problem. He explained the options that were available to me in a very professional manner. I explained to him what I wanted done. Had problems with out air conditioner on a Saturday. Called Gallagher's and within a few hours Tom R. was there to save us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He took care of our needs and left us feeling great about our experience with Gallagher's once again. I recommend them to you!

Jason was very prompt to his appointment and that is so appreciated. So many times customers are given appointment times and it has to be changed at the last minute for whatever reason. Jason seemed to make a very close inspection of our air conditioning unit and made suggestions on some improvements that we agreed to. He is very polite and friendly. If possible I would like Jason to inspect my air conditioning unit whenever possible

This company send technicians to come and didn t do maintainance for your air conditioning or heater but just find any defects or parts that your system have and make you fear to spend money on that. Telling you this part could go wrong or will break any time and the replacement is a thousand when your heating or air continuing is working just fine. Their technicians are not trained well or understandable and not customer based service. They just want to lecture or push customer or housewives or elders to believe what they said. The service guy is very proud and arrogant.

Great customer service brought by Tyler. S and Wes! They were extremely nice and got my air conditioning working. Tyler is a funny guy.

Our air conditioning went out recently during a hot spell. I called Gallagher s and scheduled a service call. Technician Luke came to our house. He was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly replaced the defective part. I was impressed. Our A/C is now humming along like new. And the charges were pleasantly reasonable. I highly recommend Gallagher s.

Justin arrived at exactly 8AM (appointment was scheduled between 8-10AM). Very polite, personable. Worked quickly and efficiently.

Your tech did a great job of checking our equipment. He was very knowledgeable. He offered several options available to us. Options that, with all the money we paid Gallagher's, I don' recall being offered or recommended when installation was being done. I waa very disappointed by the time he left. My opinion of Gallagher's has been damaged.

Dan R came out on a combination call to check out my very new instant hot water system along with Tom R on another matter. Dan completely checked out the system and discovered that it was in perfect working order and needed nothing . I am selling the house and an apparently young and inexperienced city inspector stated that the system was leaking when he saw a drip from the condensation pipe outside. It was only doing its job, removing a bit of condensation. I have had dealings with Gallaghers for more than 20 years, and 3 houses. The sales and services are always great....Dean

Rick E. arrived as scheduled, introduced himself as a replacement for Trevor, and advised me that his service would take 30 - 40 minutes. I asked him if he had brought the replacement air return grill that I had requested when I accepted the scheduled heating system maintenance. He replied that he had not been given any information about the grill, but that he would include it on his work performed document and install the grill in one week.

Rick performed his regular maintenance within the time he mentioned. I found Rick to be very professional and an excellent representative for Gallagher's. I would welcome him back at any time. William C, Hobart

Excellent service, friendly and knowable technician. They needed to order a part, but he made sure our unit was working with a temporary fix. Return visit was quick and efficient. I never use any other company for our Heating and Air servicing or repair.

Easy, professional, helpful. We are new home owners and got a free tuneup from Gallagher's. I had to reschedule several times to meet my ever changing appointment needs and they had no problems. When Tom R. came he walked me through our system to help me better understand how to use and maintain our HVAC. Signed up for the Club membership so we'll see how that goes.

Mike Calfy showed up when he said he would,he had previously diagnosed the problem, he put the part in ,we tested the system and he was on his way. very professional and very happy with the overall experience.We would certainly use them again.
