Sales woman clicks her fingers when ordering junior sales assistants around! So rude!

Lovely place to be , went to purchase stage one Ed.square townhouse.sales manager and staff are fully knowledge ,give me big picture about future Ed. I had visit Fraser city project before so have confidence about Ed will be next Central Park . Didn t have time to try the coffee canteen coz display center only open 11am-5pm, will catch up next time ,if you want stay in a place have fun , homey and fashionable. Ed is the place to be .

After checking the house price across the road...I found out this probably is a good investment property for rich overseas buyers...not for local...

My daughter just recently settled her unit but we were really shocked with the low valuation for.the unit. My daughter has to pay LMI plus to come up with some cash just to settle. Fraser shld have at least offered a rebate to help my daughter but what they given her at settlement is a toaster.and a kettle. The Iron fish agent that sold us the unit was NO show at all. I think he didnt even know that my daughter was able.to settle. Hope he read this post so he can now happily collect his commission Hopefully if Fraser will read this post they will offer more substantial help like a rebate to thier buyers including my daughter even if its alreday been setted and to all the buyer who has been fallen short of the valuation and will have a hard time settling their units.

I'd buy a $700k 4 bedroom house with land just across the road rather than a $750k townhouse and paying high strata....

Very family orientated..love the shops..convenient Cinema and the game zone..plus the food street is awsum.so many choices ....

Went to daily bean cafe for dinner it was excellant highly recxommend.

I don't like the arrogant, pushy and very aggressive attitude, especially that woman who's very bossy. your price is much much higher than the houses across the road and you look like that we own you money...WHF!

Bad customer service & not look after the client. Sale managers have promised something which they can't deliver. Do not say something if you are unsure.

It looks like modern building in Singapore! Value for money!
