my rating is for Aerie since I never make it to AEO with how much I end up loving and spending in Aerie alone. I forget the girls name who helped us but she was excellent and attentive , even with being one of only 2 people on the floor work. very accessible. I had my walker with me so I never would've asked for any sort of assistance otherwise but she gave me a place to sit if needed while waiting for a dressing room and tried to get me the bigger stall too. it was being used for too long so I said the normal size was fine. if you need help in the dressing rooms with different sizes or assistance , there are buttons in each room that call an employee. love this store so much!

Jeez where do I start? We were tempted to leave until along came Martha with her spunk and exceptional manners. She is a role model for the rest of the team as she helped us find what we needed with the best of attitudes. Coming off of a rough month, Martha got us back into the swing of things and made us feel right at home. Words can't describe the warmth in my heart when I come across people like Martha. This world could use more Martha's.

I've always received awesome customer service when I visit this store, but this last time takes the cake. I was looking for a specific style of jeans and the store seemed to be completely out of the style I wanted, and similar styles, in my size. Savannah, Kristen, and the manager on duty all helped me out, and Savannah even said to me, "I'm determined to help you find the jeans you want"..... :) We did end up finding them online and they got them ordered for me!

Girls there are beyond sweet, asking everyone if they needed help. Josephine ( I think her name was, it started with a j!) asked if I needed help was beyond adorable with her outfit stunning girl helped with find a couple pants and really took the time to help me out and Marisa at check out was such a sweetheart and got us set up with an account and everything. My first time and loved it. During the holidays and more so during covid it s so hectic and busy so it was really amazing to get great customer care, will definitely be back! Thank you again ladies!

I was trying to make a online order and called yesterday the girl told me they had the pants and size I was looking for in stock. I went in and they didnt have any. The employees were all young and seemed new none knew anything about anything. The guy in the dressing room was probably most helpful and nice. Needless to say I will stick to online ordering
