So disappointed. I have been shopping at Sunstore (a galenicare company) for a long time. I tried their online shopping for the first time during lockdown and opted for payment by powerpay. I missed one invoice and had to pay extortionate fees (50 franc purchase = 25 franc fee!).

I wrote to Galenicare to warn them about the bad business of powerpay. They replied that it is my fault for paying late and showed zero empathy.

I understand that I paid late (missed one payment date (erste Mahnung)), but that doesn't justify mistreating your customers and taking advantage of them.

Sad that Galenicare decided to side with a bad business partner rather than take care of its customers.

I'll just shop at Notino in future. Unfortunately, I'll have to also find an alternative to the Dermafora products I've been using.
